She is a serious and very dedicated worker, even offering sessions on Saturdays.Since the first meeting, she has always been available very quickly. I can’t ask for more for finding such professional, knowledgeable and experienced Chinese medicine doctor in Canada.I didn’t have any serious medical problems, only that I always felt tired and sleepy during Montreal’s winter, my tiredness started to impede my work productivity and health condition. I took Chinese medicine growing up every time I need to condition my body, so I tried to find one in Montreal and went to Dr. Zhai.I’ve visited her 3 times, I did acupuncture every Saturday for 30mins and took Chinese medicine Dr. Zhai gave me during the week. if I compare the result the 3rd time with 1st time, it’s a great improvement of my body.The acupuncture is magical, and I also strongly recommend the Chinese medicine as supplementary treatment.But to remind those who have limited experience with this process, one of the big difference between traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine is, TCM is a bit like dietary therapy, it's a process of improving body conditions accretively and gradually, it changes bit by bit, you won’t feel the results immediately, however, when you compare months after, you’ll be surprised how much better you’ve got.I’d say, you have to do your own research before for you to get comfortable if you’ve never experienced or familiar with this process.However, with my own life experience and results I’ve seen with Dr. Zhai, I couldn’t be more satisfied.

Selene: I was born with Autism and ADHD and have been suffering from depression for more than 7 years.I started to seek medication treatment for many years and switched between a lot of medications. However, all of them only solve part of the problems and give me severe side effects at the same time, finally it comes to a point where I couldn't take them anymore and desperate to found solutions, and then I turned to Lily for help.After a few acupuncture treatments and herbal treatments, I feel much more delightful and energetic, and she also helped me with some muscle and tissue problems. Marie-Hélène Vallée: this was the 3rd time this happened to me in 2 years. Each time it took between 1.5 and 2 months of convalescence, with physio exercises every day. This time it was the most powerful I had. Even muscle relaxers and anti-inflammatories were barely able to calm the spasms and pain. Ms. Zhai only used 2 needles to start and showed me that the pain could dissipate quickly. Instantly I saw the difference, I was speechless. After just one session Ms. Zhai had relieved 50% of my pain. 3 days later, I did a 2nd session and after this 75% of my pain was gone. With time and Ms. Zhai's recommendations, my pain is now 95% resolved, exactly 2 weeks after my first appointment. I plan to restart my sporting activities within 1 week. I believed in acupuncture, but I had no idea that it would be so effective. She also uses Chinese medicine, which complements her treatments wonderfully. I'm going to see Ms. Zhai again for an older problem this time. I can't wait to see the progress of this one. I can only say good things about Ms. Zhai and highly recommend her to you.Marie-Helene

I first received her contact from a friend, who spoke wonders of Dr. Peng's ability to treat and help solve many health issues. Always available by text, phone, or email.Her life’s work is to treat and help others.Her clinic is located in downtown Montreal, it is very clean and well organised. Since covid, masks are required and the waiting room chairs have been properly spaced in the hallway. Shoes are to be removed, and Amy will open the doors herself. During your appointment she will answer any questions, or concerns – all while recording any new information in your personal file. For the remainder of the appointment the lights will be lowered, and soft relaxing music played. All appointments are properly spaced, it is important to arrive on time – as it will affect others appointments. Once she leaves the room, she will attend to her next patient in a separate room. A timer is placed in your room.In the years since, I know of many people who have benefitted tremendously from Dr. Peng knowledge and ability. Gourav Batra: . It was so severe that I used to wake up after 4-5 hours of sleep and had to walk for 30 to 90 minutes before going to bed again. Pain was such that I was unable to sit and for sleep had to take painkillers and muscle relaxants in night.I was in queue for MRI appointment to identify the severity of Sciatica and waiting made me restless , this is when I started to google to find a treatment . I figured out that acupuncture may help.I started my treatment with Dr Dong at accupuncture cai and that was my best decision. His treatment coupled with medicines given by doctors started showing results in 2 weeks .In 4 weeks I was able to completely stop my medicine and have good sleep of 8-9 hours without pain. Yes still there is some pain but hoping it will go away in some more sessions.I am thankful to Dr Dong for the right acupuncture treatment he gave me which helped me to recover much faster than I was expecting.Disclaimer: This is my own experience ,please use your discretion for your treatment.
