Lisa Linardatos: I *really* enjoyed both Clearlight's prenatal class and momma baby yoga. The classes are not only informative, but Clearlight creates such a warm, welcoming space. Even though I had my babe with me in the yoga class, it felt like a break, and it was great connecting with other moms. A real mood-booster.
Rebecca Vanderelst: Mom and baby course is great! Lovely instructor and a great opportunity to socialize with other new moms. Learned some great post delivery exercises to do for my recovery and some massage techniques that my baby loves. Highly recommend.

My husband and I also did her couples workshop which was ever so enlightening. i am now about to start mom and baby yoga. HIGHLY recommended.

Sarah D: . You really don't ''go hard'', but being someone who is typically active, I was surprised at how little movement it takes when you're pregnant to feel like you're challenging your body! What I appreciated most about the course was the positive mindset it helps to create, as well as integrating certain breathing techniques which I feel will both be useful in labor. It was also really nice to be in the presence of other mother's during the unique experience of pregnancy.Clearlight is informative, kind, genuine and offers a good balance of sound advice, as well as positive energy. She really does offer a space that feels open to anyone.I would highly recommend her as a teacher, and taking her prenatal course.
Zsofia Daniel: Clearlight is a wonderful person and teacher. She creates a really welcoming environment and her classes are very well structured. The prenatal partner class was perfect to learn more about labour and prepare for it, and the mama-baby yoga is amazing to learn to live with a whole new baby. It's the best place to be when you are still just figuring things out with the tiny human.

Pregnancy yoga gave me a space to find some weekly moments of calm for myself, tools for labour, and trained muscles I did not know I had. Mom and baby yoga has been amazing for the community, understanding and strengthening my changed body, and for meeting the emotional and mental challenges and wonderfulness of motherhood.
Dana Breger: Clearlight's mom and baby yoga helped me so much at the beginning of motherhood. Her exercises are safe post partum, and they provide both emotional and physical support at such an intense time! It really gave me something to look forward to every week, and I was able to make many new friends to spend time with on maternity leave! Highly recommended
ines: I followed Clearlight's prenatal classes during both of my pregnancies and enjoyed very much the gentle movements and breathing exercises. Those breathing exercises have been particularly helpful during labour. I also enjoyed mom&baby yoga with Clearlight and then good hooked up with the mindfulness yoga classes. Such an important practice for body and mind and I can't imagine my week without this practice. Clearlight is a gifted teacher that I highly recommend!

I first met Clearlight when I took her pregnancy yoga classes over a decade ago, on the enthusiastic recommendation of friends. The mental and physical approaches to pregnancy and labour that she taught us were invaluable in my own very lengthy delivery. I've kept going to her classes ever since, initially to mom and baby yoga and now, for the past several years, to her evening mindful yoga courses. Clearlight has a calm, friendly, professional, and reassuring presence that has earned her a devoted following in Montreal.
Michele Saumier: I was put on bed rest during my pregnancy but was allowed to do prenatal yoga and swimming. After the birth, I did yoga with the baby. It helped with my core strength. Seventeen years later I am still practicing yoga at yogaspace. I feel so much better after my practice!
