Mona: I was actually shocked at reading some of negative comments below, I could not disagree with them more. Yes it is true that they don't answer the phones immediately but I found the email response to be efficient and at the end of the day, we are ordering customized balloons, do we need them to be available on the phone 24-7? I don't so I will speak for myself! I highly recommend them and will use them again!!This is the second time I use them for a special occasion because there is nobody that comes close to their creativity, balloon options and, yes, quality. They take the time to really listen to what you are looking for and come up with great suggestions. Last time I dealt with Olga and was very very happy with the bouquet and this time I dealt with Sofiya. She was easy to work with and the arrangements I ordered were absolutely spectacular. I think these ladies are the BEST!

Over the exchange of many ideas, photos of desired designs/colour palette, venue photos and measurements, she was able to provide suggestions we couldn't have imagined. She visited the venue site to fine tune details before we finalized our selections and the quote. She arrived a couple of days earlier than the event with some items already assembled while the bulk of the displays were assembled and constructed on site exactly as discussed. Communication and flexibility throughout the process was excellent right until takedown and cleanup after the event. Anna Maria is passionate, innovative, experienced and creative. She provided banners, welcome board, backdrop display, photobooth, giant pool balloons, illuminated freestanding balloons, a teddy bear in a rotating basket with a huge cluster of balloons to create a hot air ballon effect with suspended clouds. Many items were custom printed. Her work contributed a huge "wow" factor to our upscale event. Highly recommend and would definitely engage her services again!
