Dominick Parenteau-Lebeuf: From the conception of plans to the design, from carrying out the work to managing the project, the ESPÉ team was impeccable from start to finish. Our work was major: it involved redoing a new kitchen/dining room/living room, changing doors and windows, fitting out a comfortable and habitable basement cellar divided into several rooms, insulating, redo the piping under the slab and install a hot water heated floor. Big, big stock. We wanted more privacy for each member of our family and more common spaces, too. The ESPÉ team responded to all of our needs and did so with utmost creativity, care and professionalism. Everything had to be done before we move in and they did it on time! The project was to add a floor to a split level house and Bruno made sure we had everything we needed on time, including the plans and supporting us through the permit process. He insisted we do not remodel the exterior until the foundation work is done since the bent wall would ruin any new renovation.The 2 other builders didn't see a problem and were happy to renovate our exterior. At this point we weren't sure who to believe so we hired a building inspector who is also a building engineer. The building inspector didn't seem to know why the wall was bent or concerned it was a problem. He didn't think we had a serious foundation issue but did recommend the french drains ,etc be done given the age of the house.We had the foundation work done in July 2019 by a relatively new foundation expert

Sheri Barrett: Renovco's very quick and courteous response to our emergency, saved us from devastating damages and a fortune in repairs!An early breakfast began with water suddenly pouring out of a spotlight over the kitchen island!After a panicked call to Renovco, a team of clean up experts arrived, identified the location and source of the water, cut a small access hole in the ceiling, sprayed to prevent mold, then placed a dehumidifier and blower to start the drying process! About an hour after, a plumber from Renovco arrived, made quick work of the plumbing issue, then turned our water back on and everything was completely under control, before noon! Renovco gave us confidence and a peace of mind that everything was fixed properly, instead of worrying about the worst possible outcome.

She was on site almost daily. The team was punctual and arrived everyday. At the end of each day we saw clear progress. A month later we had our renovated basement and enclosed porch, both looking better than we ever could have imagined. We will only use Renovco for any future renovations. We can’t thank them enough!
