Larissa Terra-Muzeau: I had a consultation in gynecology with Dr Karen Buzaglo and it was wonderful. She was patient, heard all my medical history, looked into my records and made me feel comfortable all along. The consultation took 30 minutes. I felt heard, respected and well taken care of. Worth every penny!

Manon Latendresse: Dr. Cynthia Mardinger was extremely meticulous and gentle in performing a IUD insertion. I was very stressed and worried about the pain, as it is an invasive procedure, but she put me immediately at ease. Her method is very delicate and effortless. I was happy surprised at how painless and efficient the entire process was. Highly recommend Dr Cynthia Mardinger for any medical needs.

Rhea Dellis: After being wronged by doctor after doctor I have never found a doctor so caring, compassionate and understanding as Dr. Cynthia Mardinger. As a woman, I feel like many times our medical problems are overlooked and underestimated, leaving us to feel misunderstood by the medical field and frankly left alone to fight against the system. Dr. Mardinger could not be further than that. From our first appointment, she listened to me, cared about the symptoms I was feeling and immediately sent me to do a plethora of tests to rule out every possible cause. She has become my go-to healthcare provider and I’m so happy and relieved to find someone I can trust. I could not believe it when she called me on the phone to go through all the results in great detail. No one had ever done this. I would highly recommend her. I always ask for her when I can. Dr. Mohamed Salah Al-Azzawi was great with my very grumpy and tired son. He was kind, patient and went above and beyond to make it a positive experience. By the end of it, my son was happily giving him high-fives and didn't want to leave.

I was allowed to have both my husband and sister with me, though my sister had to wait in the waiting room while my husband accommonied me during the procedure. Things were descrete enough, and I felt very supported and safe. I was met with neutrality I stead of condensention or judgements. The IV didn't hurt at all and the GYNO and nurse who performed the procedure where absolute rays of sunshine who made me feel at ease and extremely cared for. They really practiced consent every step and touch! Even though I have always been pro choice, I grew up in the US heavily influenced by religion and had a lot of deeply seeded views of what abortion procedures look or feel like, and this just reset everything for me.My only critique could be that while in the recovery room before and after the procedure, the nurse makes phonecalls that I think are just follow up. The woman who take appointments also goes in and out of the room, at one point it was just feel small talk. I would prefer a bit more privacy than that, but I understand space constraints and again, everyone was still so kind and the facility was so clean!!

We did have to wait an hour past our appointment time but I've seen worst. There seemed to only be one medical professional on hand, so this is understandable to a degree.

Don't be discouraged by the negative reviews.

J D: I highly recommend you see Sarah Kennedy for any head/neck issue. I suffered TMJ pain and tension headaches which lead me to see a physio therapist at a different clinic. I saw them for a year, but I didn’t feel like improved as much as I wanted and I still suffered pretty consistent neck pain. I was even told by this physio therapist that it would be normal for me to be in pain. Then I discovered Sarah Kennedy at Axio clinic and seeing her credentials led me to see her as my new physio therapist. It was the best decision I could’ve made. Sarah helped me identify my triggers, taught me techniques that I use to help ease my neck or jaw tension, and helped me make changes to my habits and work environment so that my pain and issues have lessened significantly. Sarah definitely is the top physio therapist for any issue from the neck and above!

James McElligott: I have been to many sports clinics in my sports life. None compares to this one. They have the cities’ top doctors and physiotherapists. They know and love what they are doing. Its not assembly line therapy. It’s not 15 minutes of therapy, 15 minutes of ultrasound and then 15 minutes of exercise. It’s not once a week for life. You know what I mean? They are hands on you. Hands on the whole time. Thomas was my fourth physiotherapist in a year. In two appointments he had me up and running. The others just wasted my time and money.

I was out of there in less than an hour. The appointment was scheduled 2 weeks earlier via their very fast email service.
