JUDY MacLean: My first time here for a surface ultrasound and I was totally impressed. I was greeted by Wesley at reception. What a lovely young man who was so kind and helpful. I explained that I was also supposed to be having a cortisone injection with ultrasound at my next visit but I was told it would be 3 months wait when I was originally called for the first appointment. He was compassionate and asked if I was in pain which I am and he was able to schedule the 2nd appointment within 4 days!!! Which I accepted!! I told him he was a magician and I’m still in shock that he did that for me. With people struggling with the medical system, this has renewed my faith.It takes so little at times to be kind and understanding and it goes a long way towards helping others.Bravo Wesley and stay “golden” and thank you so much 😊 🙏

Gentle and attentive, she takes the time to explain and answer questions 🤗I put 4 stars because unfortunately my appointment was an hour late I don't know why it could be an exceptionI still recommend making an appointment at this clinic.
Karelle Ouellette: My pregnant aunt went to do an ultrasound and she was slightly late that she had to run the stairs to get there in time … thankfully Wesley was there he assured her and told her to take a seat while he get her file ready because she was pregnant and he didn’t want her to stand up after running… he even brought her a glass of water and made her feel better by asking her cute questions about the baby ! Karan Jalaf: Hard to get them on call, but when you go to the office you will understand they are really busy all the time still wish they answered the call,the staff are professional talk nicely listen to you calmly and have 2 cortisone injections from there the technician is really good he knows what he’s doing, highly recommend clinic

She was the sweetest , gentlest angel that I have ever met..I am suffering from so much anxiety lately and she just made everything calm..She was so caring..I have never had a mamogram in all my life that was so easy and painfree. I think what makes that experience easier is the gentleness of the technician doing it. Thank you Mary for your kindness . This medical facility is lucky to have you .....

M PER: I walk-in, no wait, very fast, I understand their phone problem, I am in the medical field, staff issue, it is very hard to find good employees, anybody who does not understand that, they don't listen to the news!!! The clinic is efficient and organized. My doctor had the result 24 hours later.
marian schrier: December 2023 Got everything done in one day.I must tell you than amongst medical organizations these days Clarke is the most responsive! Congrats for that.I would like to make special mention of Carole who has been especially helpful.Below is what happened last mammo abit over a year ago:I scheduled a mammogram, but also needed an ultrasound.It's difficult to get on the same day or close together at all. The receptionist managed to get them both on the same day, albeit an hour and 15 minutes apart. Both technicians were excellent and I had the results from my doctor in 2 days

The next morning, I receive a call and following a short discussion, I have an appointment for the next day to receive the resonance.The place is well decorated and the staff is nice. The prices are competitive and they give you a DVD with the detailed invoice before leaving. Candy, soft bars and free fruit juice on site. My appointment was at 2 p.m. and I walked through without any wait. A+ Medvue. THANKS!

At 7:45 the clinic opened and I was kindly greeted at reception. The people around me who also had an 8 a.m. appointment were all called on time. A young woman took care of me and explained everything to me in detail. Then, a professional came to do the ultrasound. I was very anxious but everything went very well, especially thanks to the professionalism and kindness of the staff members.

Karen Craig: I had my first MRI on March 26th. I was very impressed with the service and the staff. I am claustrophobic so the open MRI was great. I would refer people to this clinic any time. My appointment was in one week as opposed to 5 months in a closed machine in a hospital.
Elina Marshall: I got my appointment the same day by following online instructions. My requisition was not urgent but for my specific case I had to call directly instead of requesting appointment online. Administrative agents are very helpful, polite and patient. I did not wait longer than 15 minutes when I arrived.

I'm considering getting into Concordia just to get the student discount hahah! Staff is friendly and professional. They also have Kinesiology Therapy for sports injuries in the building.I guess the only thing is missing would be some ambient music, It's dead silent in there.. It's not a nuisance but definitely something to get used to.. It helps you to focus on your breathing, that's for sure!

Chris G: The medical specialist clinic on the 5th floor is truly excellent, the reception staff went out of their way to help me and I was able to see the specialist I needed promptly, despite the confusion caused by a referral that was lost in transit. I was fully expecting and prepared to wait or deal with some technical issues, but it was all handled very smoothly. They know how to run a clinic and they care about the people who come to them.
