Annie and Abir were so helpful at customer service and Zaid was helping me again in the department. I know not all Best Buys are the same, but whoever is managing this one must be a good leader, this kind of positive service would be top down.

THE E Man: Good place to buy 35mm and 120 film with a wide selection and decent price. Overall selecting of gear is somewhat limited, with few options for specific items. Knowledgeable staff. Pricing is not very competitive with other stores or Amazon. It's nice to be able to physically check out products, but you probably won't find a deal here, unless it's from their clearance case which is pretty good.
Tayaout Nicolas: A perfect place to purchase video and photo equipment. The service is courteous and attentive! The professional department hires people with knowledge and guides us in our purchases.The customer service for managing a GODOX LED repair was impeccable. I was faced with an insoluble situation and JONATHAN DION, store manager, resolved the problem in no time. I thank him for that!
