Robert Oliver: Fantastic dinner, probably the best we had on our trip. Had the seafood special appetizer with the aoli sauce which was incredible. Beef tartar was great too! Split the New York strip with the bone marrow. Cooked to perfection and so rich with the marrow also liked the side horse radish cabbage. Someone else got the lobster pasta which was outstanding! Enjoyed the lemon sorbet thoroughly!
Anick Globensky-Bromow: , cooked perfectly. Even the beer was perfect. I tried the babeigne au rhum for dessert. Will definitely go back to try what our table neighbors had, lobster spaghetti, which was a whole lobster on pasta! We spent 250$ for a shared meal with no appetizers, so expect to spend a little. Worth every penny!

The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel welcomed and at ease throughout the dining experience.The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the seven-course tasting menu that proved to be a culinary journey like no other. Each dish was not only beautifully plated but also showcased a careful balance of flavors that left us wanting more. From the first bite to the last, every course was a delightful surprise, showcasing the chef's mastery in combining ingredients to create a symphony of taste.My girlfriend, Julie, and I were thoroughly impressed by the thoughtful execution of each dish and appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of the meal. ... yx Sun: I had an incredible 3-hour experience with their 7-course tasting menu! My favorites were the beef steak, quail, and two desserts. The beef and quail were exceptionally tender, and the accompanying sauces were bursting with flavor. Both dishes had a divine aroma when they arrived. Even though I’m not usually a fan of sweet dishes, I thoroughly enjoyed their desserts. They struck a perfect balance, not overly sweet, and the sorbet with sponge cake combination was delightful.The meal began with a brown butter mousse amuse-bouche, followed by the sea urchin as the first course. While the brown butter mousse was delicious, the sea urchin lacked a bit of its distinctive flavor for my taste. Unfortunately, the complimentary bread was served cold and didn’t make much of an impression compared to the other outstanding dishes.The service was fantastic. They efficiently cleaned our table, and water and wine refills were prompt. However, I found the ambiance to be a bit noisy compared to Europea, where I had dined previously. Overall, it was a memorable night at this restaurant.

Josiane Lepine: There were 3 of us. Two of us gave carte blanche to the chef. The coppa dish with clams was excellent, the marriage of flavors, the freshness of the dish... the mackerel melted in the mouth, the horseradish was a nice addition that didn't take up all the space. The Hollandaise sauce on the white asparagus I would have eaten with a spoon. As a main course we had the pork chop, I have been avoiding pork for a long time, but this one with the artichokes was really good. The 3rd person accompanying us had fewer options on the menu for various reasons and found what he was looking for. We tasted his dishes and the salad was not flat at all and what can we say about the duck pappardelle dish, a succulent and comforting dish.For desserts, one had the flan which seemed really good and I tasted the chocolate and grilled hazelnut tart, a very nice portion of tart with quality chocolate!I would definitely go back to try a new menu!
Sierra Anna-Maria: We had a wonderful dinner here on the patio! The food was great but the service was even better. Evan did a wonderful job and was extremely knowledgeable about the menu. He was super kind and made us feel relaxed and comfortable. The cocktails were also excellent! I am gluten free and they were also very accommodating for this. Overall it was a great night and I highly recommend!
