cédric giguère: Fast and courteous service. I had an examination of my sleep in the summer of 2022. It was a very comprehensive, high quality examination. The Technician took more than an hour to prepare me for the study of my sleep!!!
Juliana MH: makes me realize that people will only leave reviews if they are very satisfied or very dissatisfied. The thing with anything brain-related is that you, the patient, need to be completely open and transparent about what is bothering you so that you can get proper treatment that works. You also need to go in there with the mindset that you’re there to get well. If you don’t put the effort into taking care of yourself, of course your treatment won’t work because failure is a self-fulfilling prophecy. My treatments didn’t come with no side effects, but side effects for any type of infusion or medication should be expected. I was very open about how I was feeling when the nurses called me the day after my treatment, and I think my honesty helped achieve better results. There were a couple treatments that I was interested in but didn’t qualify for, and they explained why, which was appreciated. The environment was definitely designed to make the patient feel safe and comfortable, which is definitely a good thing seeing as some treatments can be very scary

I was referred to Dr Ahmed Nachi. As a nurse, I’ve always been afraid and skeptical of having someone “crack my back” but after not being able to function, I couldn’t tolerate it and decided to see him.I don’t regret it for one second. Dr Nachi was very respectful, professional and explained everything in detail before he would do anything. He was patient and took the time to explain what he would do because he understood I was nervous . He did explain that one session would not completely solve my issue but it would gradually get better after a few sessions. I was able to stand straight after one session and with each treatment and session, my back got better and I was able to fully function again. I would definitely recommend him. The staff at the front desk was also very kind and professional at each visit.

I decided to try it to and I can already see an improvement after 2 sessions. I definitely recommend for anyone looking to try something new. I took Chinese medicine growing up every time I need to condition my body, so I tried to find one in Montreal and went to Dr. Zhai.I’ve visited her 3 times, I did acupuncture every Saturday for 30mins and took Chinese medicine Dr. Zhai gave me during the week. if I compare the result the 3rd time with 1st time, it’s a great improvement of my body.The acupuncture is magical, and I also strongly recommend the Chinese medicine as supplementary treatment.But to remind those who have limited experience with this process, one of the big difference between traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine is, TCM is a bit like dietary therapy, it's a process of improving body conditions accretively and gradually, it changes bit by bit, you won’t feel the results immediately, however, when you compare months after, you’ll be surprised how much better you’ve got.I’d say, you have to do your own research before for you to get comfortable if you’ve never experienced or familiar with this process.However, with my own life experience and results I’ve seen with Dr. Zhai, I couldn’t be more satisfied.

Selene: I was born with Autism and ADHD and have been suffering from depression for more than 7 years.I started to seek medication treatment for many years and switched between a lot of medications. However, all of them only solve part of the problems and give me severe side effects at the same time, finally it comes to a point where I couldn't take them anymore and desperate to found solutions, and then I turned to Lily for help.After a few acupuncture treatments and herbal treatments, I feel much more delightful and energetic, and she also helped me with some muscle and tissue problems. Marie-Hélène Vallée: this was the 3rd time this happened to me in 2 years. Each time it took between 1.5 and 2 months of convalescence, with physio exercises every day. This time it was the most powerful I had. Even muscle relaxers and anti-inflammatories were barely able to calm the spasms and pain. Ms. Zhai only used 2 needles to start and showed me that the pain could dissipate quickly. Instantly I saw the difference, I was speechless. After just one session Ms. Zhai had relieved 50% of my pain. 3 days later, I did a 2nd session and after this 75% of my pain was gone. With time and Ms. Zhai's recommendations, my pain is now 95% resolved, exactly 2 weeks after my first appointment. I plan to restart my sporting activities within 1 week. I believed in acupuncture, but I had no idea that it would be so effective. She also uses Chinese medicine, which complements her treatments wonderfully. I'm going to see Ms. Zhai again for an older problem this time. I can't wait to see the progress of this one. I can only say good things about Ms. Zhai and highly recommend her to you.Marie-Helene
