Patricia Chase: Our family was warmly greeted by staff at the NDG location. Mr. Konodo Thepsenavong was our Funeral Director. He made us feel very welcome and special from the time we met with him. He exceeded our expectations in assisting us with funeral arrangements. He explained everything in a simplified way, which made the process easier to understand, and paid special attention to our questions and concerns. There was no pressure, we were allowed to take our time and make decisions. His affable manner made us feel comfortable dealing with matters at a very difficult time, and he showed great compassion. When I had concerns after we met, he always responded to my emails promptly. His professionalism is outstanding. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. We were very fortunate to have Konodo as our Funeral Director.

Jacques Beauchamp: When my wife died I did some research but my choice was to contact Voluntas Commemoration.From our first meeting with Ms. Stéphanie Coté, with me and my children, she was able to understand us, comfort us in our semi-consciousness given the tragic loss and take charge of everything related to the documents to be completed and acted as if we were members of his family.During several meetings or telephone calls there was always someone to give us the right information even if it had been answered before and forgotten.Everything related to the commemoration was discussed and everything was done in accordance with our request and the staff on site were very kind and even last minute changes were made according to our request and very quickly before the arrival of guests.Ms. Coté provided us with the name of the caterer she does business with and what we were served was very favorably appreciated by everyone.I have nothing but praise to give to Ms. Coté for the professionalism that she and her staff showed us during this difficult period but which was made easier by her know-how and her kindness.Once again THANK YOU Ms. Coté for all the good service you gave us.We are grateful to youFrom Jacques Beauchamp Nadia and Simon

Stéphanie, the owner is super well organized and easy to communicate throughout the process. I highly recommend this place not only for their human and supportive approach but for the excellence of the service received on site on the day of the ceremony. They go out to welcome you upon your arrival and assist you throughout the celebration . I cannot end without mentioning that I have rarely seen so much professionalism and elegance in a wine and food service.
