Roch Lavoie: are certainly the best. The dough is actually laminated, the way you’d expect a croissant to be. So many gluten free bakeries have let me down on that front but this is not one of them!You can buy them fresh or frozen. They store well in the freezer for up to a few months and are easy to reheat. Pictures attached are the pain chocolats reheated in the oven with an egg wash.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free. Best spot in Montreal to get gluten free pastries, everything here is gluten free.

Anjali: The staff is always so sweet and accommodating! I have celiac so this place is perfect for me! The pastries, cookies, etc average around 5 CAD each but obviously it is dependent on whatever you get! Love them though like seriously having gluten free pastries that genuinely yummy makes my heart so happy, I always make my way here for my sweet fix !I really like the carrot cake, carré aux bleuets, and the carré that had chocolate + coconut!!

My only sadness is that back in March 2022 they had this delicious pistachio & chocolate cookie that appeared on the menu.. then suddenly a few months later when I came back in they informed me that they never had such a creation? I thought I'd have a hard time finding a cake for her that would be all-natural and healthy yet still taste amazing, but this here certainly fit the bill. I can't believe this decadent dessert is raw, vegan, organic, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free... 🌱 The creamy cheesecake texture was on point, and the sweetness from agave and dates was delicate but not overpowering like in conventional cakes. 10/10 would recommend. 🍫

The feuilletés especially if they were 4$ or 4.50$ we would buy all the time but we never buy them anymore as they are closer to 7$ each! Keep in mind they are smaller than their croissants which are 3.75$ aprox. If some prices would come down I feel like they would sell more for sure! Portions were also large which is unusual in gluten free life. Even the coffee was great. My husband carried around a sandwich for later and it was pretty good but a little crumbly, possibly from being carried around all morning.Also if you come at the right time you can see them rolling out the pastry which is pretty cool!The only downside which I think is important to note is that the place is CASH ONLY.Kid-friendliness: Nothing really special for kids, no room for a high chair or anything, but my son loved his danish and made a huge mess and they let us use the washroom to wash up, and all the workers were very kind and happy to see him. He said he loves them place afterwards

Jonatan Lorber: We had dinner there one weekend without reservation, a table had just become available at the last minute and we were lucky enough to be able to taste the chef's cuisine during our short stay in Quebec.The street where the restaurant is located is one of the best known and stocked with restaurants, however not all places are equal.We had a pleasant time, certainly the tables are quite close but the restaurant is not too noisy to become annoying. The service was simple and efficient as we appreciate it, and despite the crowd, our dishes arrived after a completely normal wait. Our congratulations to the kitchen team for this and the touch given to each dish, we enjoyed ourselves.--In summary... remember to book, don't hesitate any longer and come and discover the menu!Note that this comment dates back to the period before covid.

In 20 years as a professional chef, this is one best bakeries of any kind I’ve been to, let alone gluten free. The man serving us was so kind and helped my husband bring up our stroller up and down the steps and showed us that we could also purchase a bag of frozen GF croissants to bring back home.
