After a bad experience at a store in Laval,St-Dorothée they actually took the time and listened to my story, tried to make my experience better and not for the $ of it. They actually care about you and it is super rare these days. Bridal shops should take them as a the golden standard to follow. After my first visit at the store and finding my dress, I was nervous to put a deposit down due to my first bad experience and they understood me and allowed me to go sleep on it without losing the price they were giving me to get it the day of, Sarah gave me her private phone # for emotional support too. I went back a week later to finalize everything and my friends and I had the best time hanging out with them. If you want a personalized experience where you can enjoy making an important financial decision stress free go to Leila Haute Couture. Also, the couturière they make business with comes to the store for your alterations which makes the process so much easier. I can’t wait to come back for fittings!

Both April and Maria had a very positive vibe and made our time there very pleasant!This was definitely a very different experience from the ones we had in other stores we had visited. The cut was noticeable, on the outside shoulder of the arm, so it was not something I could repair easily.I contacted Tres Chic to ask if they could help in any way. They agreed to bring the jacket to their own seamstress, to have it repaired professionally.They were so particular about the results, they didn’t settle for the first attempt. They ended up creating a very cool patch to conceal it, and to make it look like an intentional design. IMO, I think it looks better than B4 the dreadful cut!!!!Their customer service was top notch; I can’t tell you how grateful I am. I should also mention, this jacket was on sale

I ended up trying on dress after dress that felt plasticky and cheap despite the huge price tag. Working with Yasmin was an incredible experience. She knows her dresses!! We tried many different combinations of material, tops and bottoms to create the dress of my dreams. My dress was simple, romantic and timeless thanks to Yasmin. The material was silk backed crepe which feels like BUTTER. On the hanger it feels heavy, but Yasmin knows just how to cut it to make it float as you walk. I had two fittings and picked up the dress about a month from the wedding date.I sadly don't have a picture of the night before the wedding, but I also wore a dress from Boutique Lustre. Lustre sizing and tailoring truly reflects the diversity of womxn's bodies, and she's done an amazing job of bringing this to her bridal collection as well. I recently bought my wedding dress at Lustre and I can't overstate how phenomenal it was to be able to wear something so incredibly beautiful yet comfortable, and knowing that it was designed and made in Montreal just added to my love for it all. Our wedding had over 200 guests, many of whom were also in love with the dress design and fit.
