Richard Cote: The surgical experience was positive. I was surprised that I was shaved down to my temples. Working remotely on camera, I would have liked to be able to negotiate my mowing area. Also, I started to have significant pain on day 5 and 6 in the donor area which prevented me from sleeping. I left a message in the voicemail of the surgeon on file but he did not return my call. That's probably because it wasn't bleeding. However, we say on the clinic video that we should not suffer. I would have appreciated a follow-up on this problem which is slowly resolving on day 7. I had some concerns about the procedure, but the sedation was perfect, allowing me to doze off comfortably without realizing what was happening. After the procedure, I had little pain, just some light bruising for about a week. I was able to resume applying makeup after a week and a half. Now, three months later, I am extremely satisfied with the result. The doctor's work is remarkable, exceeding all my expectations. His professionalism and expertise are undeniable, and I highly recommend him to anyone considering a similar procedure.

I didn't want to invest my money in something that was going to be poorly done. I've been getting hair removal treatments at Jouvence for over a year and the results are excellent, so much so, that I don't need to go back. The hair is gone! They give great discounts if you pay for multiple treatments in advance. It's worth it considering the amount of money I spent on waxing over the years. The owner, Lorie, is so kind and puts you immediately at ease. The reception staff are also great. Their covid-19 protocol makes you feel absolutely safe as well. Each time I was impressed with the excellent service, wide variety of treatments available, and how knowledgeable the doctor is on recommending and administering exactly what I was looking for.
