The end result was so beautiful and my 4y old was so proud of her new look.We did had to wait an extra 30 minutes to get her started and as you all know keeping a 4y old still for that long was a challenge but they had some good books to read.The products they used on her hair were very good , natural and they lasted a long time, I was happy to see that.My overall experience was a solid 4 due to the wait, but we will be definitely coming back.

We were even able to test products directly in my hair.Then I had a shampoo, cut and style with Alexia and I have never had such defined curls, even on my bleached hair, and she explained to me every single thing she was doing and why so that I can reproduce it at home myself.I absolutely recommend, the atmosphere is great, everyone was welcoming and kind, exceeds my expectations 100%!

Clearly, he's a perm specialist. I've been going back to see him for two years and his work is still wonderful. I no longer have to worry hoping that my perm will be to my liking, I have complete confidence in its capabilities.He does an exceptional job of perming. Honestly, he's an artist. He knows how to handle fragile hair and he knows how to create a natural look. It's still exactly like what I had in mind. He is able to listen and recreate what I hope for, every time.Moreover, he takes the time to answer all the questions and even to explain what can be a problem when getting a perm. If one day I am forced to do my perm with someone else, I will be able to demand, for example, that my hair be protected by using little sticks to free the elastics from the rollers. It may not seem like a big deal, but unfortunately the art of perming is not mastered by many hairdressers! Jean-Noël is a rare gem, especially for people who love having curly hair all year round.For cutting, equally talented. And on top of all that, he's friendly. Thank you Jean-Noël.

The salon is light, airy with some well cared for natural plants, cactus, very relaxing. I had my hair washed, blow dried, trimmed, and Nancy suggested a "silk press" as opposed to the wash and ago I was expecting to do. The hair washing experience was also the most incredible experience I’ve ever had. Not only do they have the most comfy beds to rest on while you get your hair washed but the experts who wash your hair really take the scalp massage to another level. I may come back here once a year to cut my hair. It would be worth it.

When I arrived I was greeted with a lovable welcome and felt destabilized by the listening ears of my stylist Johanne. She was kind and open to what I said and did not made me feel weak at any point about me cutting my own hair. We talked and she made me feel so comfortable that I stayed for a coloration with Yann. He too made me feel at home and not criticized on my choices. At the end of my mise-en-plis my hair was not levelled and Johanne took the time to correct it over and over because; 1-we don’t know why my head does this and 2- she said she would not leave me looking like that lol. My hair soft, easy to manage, comfy, KIU-TE, the color is RICH and FLAW-LESSSS. I FINALLY found MY team for my hair in Montreal.

I see Anna N. for all my hair needs, and I've had cut, color, gloss, and roots done with her at the salon, and I am very impressed. The salon itself is a really neat space, clean and comfortable, and I've had the best hair washing and head massages here! In addition to Kerastase, they also have and use Aveda products which I love. This is a great salon.

Maria Rehner: Well I was surprised. I had asked for a cut and blow dry, I come from a place where that is the standard. Robert however sat me in his chair and proceeded to cut my hair. It was dry, he asked me what I wanted, I had little to add to just wanting it cut. He said he would do something lovely. I let him do his thing, it was not disappointing. He did an excellent job. The price was appropriate to a cut. He told me that a “dry cut” was actually a “thing” in Montreal but it was of course possible to have a wash cut and style, he had not understood that to be my request. In any event I will go back to this salon and get that wash cut and blow dry I am certain he will do an excellent job. Today I recommended him to a friend, she may not use him because his location is inconvenient but she was sufficiently impressed by my cut that she asked where it had been done. Thank you Robert
