Benjamin Russell: except for a hiccup due, I expect, to covid and perhaps growing pains as a company as they have been very successful. We will continue to count on them.When we decided to add a new unit to our bedroom we called to get a quote for another Daikin K Series. Chris came and suggested a different option, a Daikin mini central system. It is considerably more expensive, but we are VERY happy with the way it works in our condo. The exterior unit looks just like our other Daikin but the interior one is larger, installed in a closet and has 4 ducts running up into the attic with vent openings in 3 rooms upstairs plus 1 on the main floor to augment our other Daikin. The system is quiet and efficient and there is an excellent warranty.Polar Bear honoured their warranty when our first unit had some serious problems after about 8 years. The manufacturer had discontinued the model and parts were no longer available but Polar Bear replaced the unit with a refurbished one at no charge. It lasted for about 3 more years. We didn't hesitate to purchase a replacement from Polar Bear

Joseph Bernard: unit 2 years ago with some affordable part changes and gas refill.He was forward back then, when he stated that the unit was at its end-of-life, and we should look into planning for a replacement unit.The time recently arrived, and am extremely thankful that Borce gave us relief through yet another heat wave to make it to the finish line with that obsolete unit.When it was time to replace the unit just weeks ago, Borce was on the ball from Step 1 of our appointment.On time, courteous, and knowledgeable to respond to ALL of our questions.We had a few other "clowns" come to our residence during that time, for an evaluation/estimation, but some never showed up, and none of the others actually took the time to step into the attic to perform of thorough inspection. I'm not even sure if most HVAC salesman can decipher an evaporator coil from a door knob.Borce went up there in the attic, in the heat, and opened up the unit to inspect what needed to be replaced/repaired.Once done, he put things back into their original state
