Professor Rony, who has more than 20 years of experience in his profession, is passionate about what he does, he loves passing on his knowledge and this is felt in the investment he gives so that each student succeeds and in the positive atmosphere that he naturally creates in his classes... He supports and adapts to each student, whatever their level and their progress in the course. He gives you advice and tips that you won't find anywhere else. The secretary Tanya is equally adorable. She has a big heart and is always smiling. She is available and listens to each customer request. She always finds a solution for everything... really everything! She invests a lot in the atmosphere of the academy with the organization of theme evenings, surprise visits to classes, etc. Makeup teacher HIilary is talented and so kind!! She has several years of experience under her belt and gives you all the good tips for buying the right products. She takes superb photos of your work to encourage you and push you to develop your own method, your own business. All this to say, that the members of the team make the work environment truly exceptional.. I could study a second time just to relive what I experienced in this school. ❤️

Her teaching style strikes a perfect balance. She has high standards and wants your cuts to be on point. It can be daunting at times to live up to those standards but she makes sure that you have all the tools and know-how to reach them. Overall awesome teacher, couldn't be happier with her instruction.With regards to the curriculum, I think that it's well designed and structured. You come out of the course with a very solid foundation, and with the ability to do a multitude of haircuts ranging from short to long.The only gripes I have are:1. The curriculum is a little bit dated. We didn't learn how to do many popular cuts like hard part combovers or a textured fringe for example.2. We never really learned a proper structured fading technique

Clearly, he's a perm specialist. I've been going back to see him for two years and his work is still wonderful. I no longer have to worry hoping that my perm will be to my liking, I have complete confidence in its capabilities.He does an exceptional job of perming. Honestly, he's an artist. He knows how to handle fragile hair and he knows how to create a natural look. It's still exactly like what I had in mind. He is able to listen and recreate what I hope for, every time.Moreover, he takes the time to answer all the questions and even to explain what can be a problem when getting a perm. If one day I am forced to do my perm with someone else, I will be able to demand, for example, that my hair be protected by using little sticks to free the elastics from the rollers. It may not seem like a big deal, but unfortunately the art of perming is not mastered by many hairdressers! Jean-Noël is a rare gem, especially for people who love having curly hair all year round.For cutting, equally talented. And on top of all that, he's friendly. Thank you Jean-Noël.

I had my hair washed, blow dried, trimmed, and Nancy suggested a "silk press" as opposed to the wash and ago I was expecting to do. My hair was silk pressed, styled, and pinned so that the curls would be fresh for the next day. My salt and peper hair was beatiful for the event! Avery Ben-Jacob: Vibes are always immaculate at Revolution. Staff is always so amazing and welcoming. Kelly is my hairdresser, but Aly and Yumi have both done my hair too and I always leave feeling super confident and gorg. They pay close attention to details and they’re all very professional. When I first went to Revolution, I had lost most of my hair due to chronic illness. Kelly was super gentle with my hair, and worked so well with me through the process of my hair regrowth. Then, I moved away and had to see another hairdresser because I was going to be away for a while, and when I got back I was super unhappy with my hair and Kelly was able to get it back to EXACTLY what I wanted it to look like and feel like! Now I will be travelling back to Montreal every time, just to get my hair done by Kelly. Thank you dolls for always being the sweetest, most accommodating, hair miracle workers! Special thanks to Yumi as well for beautiful makeup for my best friend’s wedding.

Kay Hodson: I like the staff here a lot, and of course the location is good. The price is a bit much though, I came for a hair trim, after I came for a haircut like a month before. So for me regular maintenance should not be the price of a haircut. But any cut they ask long or short. Then it’s around $80 plus. Anyways that’s just my opinion! I will probably go there again but less often since just getting an inch of split ends is $80. 😀

I had Yumi and her mentor helped her finish up at the end - they were so good, so friendly, and knew what they were doing. The way they were talking about hair and had a vision for the hair was another level. I took all their suggestions and my hair has never looked so nice. 100% would recommend. Another hairdresser had just finished working and complimented my hair on my way out. Honestly, just such good service and people who know what they’re doing! Will definitely be back.

Finally she has been rocking and rolling on Salaberry for eighteen years. This lady knows what she’s doing. That alone should be enough but she’s super nice en plus.Her team is really well trained. Best shampoo anywhere. You know your head is clean when you leave here.The technicians applying colour are so meticulous- it looks like an art.The salon has Olaplex and Inoa products.
