Aditya Pulya: Used Global moving for my house relocation and got a good deal after speaking with Azmi. On the day of moving, a big 20 ft truck with two guys Kais and Mohammed had come. They were very efficient and know what they were doing. Finished up packing furniture and keeping all pre-packed boxes into the truck. Once at the new location, they did good pace to unload and re-assemble all dismantled furniture to how it were before. Overall very friendly guys and professional. Definitely recommend them

Alexandra McCalla: Hercules saved me in a last minute nightmare where they came late at night the same day to help a stuck situation.Another company who were so unprofessional and rude and did not refund me for a piano moving job they didn't complete and left the piano on my apartment landing outside the door. The awful company was there for hours swearing and stomping through my apartment, using the washroom and not flushing.Hercules then came in the evening after their work hours and were able to get it in in 15 minutes - SAVIOURS. They were polite, reassuring and very professional. They went above and beyond to reassemble and give me tips. Should have called them first and I will be calling them when I move next time.

Erin came by to do a survey of our belongings and gave us a very competitive quote as well as super useful tips for packing and moving. On move out day Tom showed up with his crew and took amazing care of everything for us from start to finish which helped alleviate all stress and concerns we had about the move. There were challenges getting the boxes through customs as Brytor failed to provide the correct paperwork for Canadian customs. Brytor should work on familiarizing themselves better with what documentation Canadian customs requires to allow the efficient receiving of goods.

Young-Mi Park: I moved from Ottawa, ON to Moncton, NB in September. The agent who checked my goods was so kind and warm-hearted, and the staff who came on the day of the move were also kind and careful, quickly moving my stuffs to the moving car. Because the distance between Ottawa and Moncton was not close, I was able to receive my goods 3 weeks later. During that time, I had great psychological anxiety about my moving, but the customer representative‘s kind explanation and email put me at ease. On the day of finally receiving my stuffs, they carried my goods to my room, fixed the broken furniture, and helped me a lot with furniture placement. This person was also friendly and was able to receive my moving luggage with a smile. I want to say thank you once again. To all employees.

Katia Billick: We used JGM&S for our move from Mtl to Toronto. The Mtl team worked quickly and efficiently, making sure everything was wrapped and protected properly. We asked for a couple of extra stops for the pick up and drop off of a few items, and they were carried out without a glitch. Our stuff was kept in storage with the company for almost 2 years, and I'm happy to report that our possessions have arrived in perfect shape! Again, in TO, the team worked quickly and efficiently. There was a one day delay to the scheduled delivery date due to a truck issue, but we are nonetheless very pleased and would recommend John Gray without reserve. A very special thank you to Roger, who will not take no for an answer and made sure every piece of furniture was brought to its intended spot, disassembling and reassembling them so they could be carried up three flights of very narrow stairs! All our belongings arrived intact on time, and nothing was lost.The final price was higher than some of the other quotes I received, but those were not based on a walkthrough. Also, considering the piece of mind and quality of the service we received, I feel we got a fair deal.Although I'd rather not move again, but if I had to, I would definitely do it with John Gray Moving!
