Pierre Lamontagne: Very satisfied with our experience with this retailer. The showroom is spacious and the numerous lighting fixtures are clearly visible, without clutter like other retailers. We were served by Alan, who informed us competently and with a smile. We had clear answers to all our questions. During our second visit, Salvatore also gave us sound advice, very kindly. We decided to order a lighting fixture from the Kuzco company, which we received within a few days. The packaging was very protective, the product appears to be of very good quality, the assembly was easy and we really like the final result. Very good experience.
Brenda Masters: When placing my online order during a sale I had a problem getting the promo code to apply. After contacting customer service I had a very quick reply from Salvatore, who immediately remedied the situation and answered all of my questions. Once I received my order there were tiny cracks in one small piece. I contacted Salvatore and he was able to ship a replacement piece very quickly. Not only are the products sold lovely but the customer service was exceptional and I really appreciate such great service!

Richard Kozlowsky: Beautiful bookstore, choice of decorative and Mother's Day gifts more than interesting. impeccable French service, which is rare in the city center.
Liette Rajotte: I love this place! With its large spiral staircase and the piano on the second floor where you can have a coffee while reading! For me this bookstore is a must for a walk in the city center!

We have never been pushed into buying something more than we need. Always such great advice and friendly service, they really know their stuff. Everyone whom we have recommended to come here has been happy as well. They do only carry certain brands though, but if you want great brands like Bosch or Miele, this is the place to go.
