The gym is clean AF, we're talking cleaned mats and walls between classes, people bringing a change of clothes when doing multiple classes, showers and even deodorant for everyone who needs it.Coach David has created a small place with everything you need, great instruction, endless potential and a positive, yet organized and disciplined place. It' for fighters, hobbyists and martial art enthusiasts. I cannot say enough great things about this gym.

Olga Rozin: At first I was really nervous because I have zero background in martial arts. I wanted to get out of my comfort zone a little and try something different but I wasn't too sure what to expect. I signed up for the Jujitsu class and ended up loving it! It's fun and a great workout too. I also have to say that I was wondering how it would go cause there are generally more men in these classes and I'm obviously not that strong, but David always finds ways to accomodate me and make it work. So if you're a woman and you're wondering if you should try this don't hesitate, I'm glad I did. Def recommend!

Games, pizza, loot bags and, of course, Taekwondo with 8-time Canadian national champion, Grand Master 7-dan, Evangelos Lygeros. The board breaking with a kick and the cake cutting with the Samurai sword were the highlights for our boys. We definitely recommend it!

sam aittaleb: Having tried several courses in other institutes Titans is by far the best academy to train your child under the supervision of coach Ashraf aka Kru Ash you can entrust your children to him with your eyes closed I highly recommend they have several courses do not hesitate to 'go take a look and see what they have to offer.An establishment that I 1000% recommend, a team on fire with a wonderful professional coach, former champion and knows so much how to motivate children and make them work thank you!!!

Samuel Clairoux: Awesome Muay Thai gym for all levels. Very talented and technical coaches that will guide you through your progression. The gym is very clean and the equipment is well maintained. There is also an actual fighting team there which is good if you really want to push yourself further into the sport. I highly recommend this gym.

Fernando Davila: I highly recommend this gym,great atmosphere and Kru ash is an amazing coach! I trained there for 3 weeks but had to stop because I had a family emergency back home.Give it a try!
