Luisa Carillo was already with a client but she took the time to greet us warmly and let us know that she will take care of us in a moment. Considering that preparing the many gallons would take a little time, she offered to help us with a nice coffee or hot chocolate. Really attentive and dedicated. She even came out at -10° to bring us the gallons to the car in the company of the manager, I think. Just as helpful and friendly. Well done ! Outstanding service!

Stefan Chamberland: If you actually want service, you need to come to this Rona.It's small and may not have as much inventory as bigger hardware stores, but it definely has some of the best staff.Even the younger staff know what they're talking about and go out of their way to serve you.The best thing about this Rona is the "Cours à bois" in the back where you can get all your building materials without hauling all of it through the entire store.Think of it as a drive-thru for building supplies!Even if I wasn't living in the neighbourhood, I would come to this one just for that.Thanks!

Nicola Delnero: Tiny little Rona in the middle of Montreal. Unlike most Ronas this location as low cielings and limited parking. Some challenges to get to the back for picking up items but managed. This Rona is right by Papineau area and the Auto 19 highway.I bought my order online from this place. Those who shop at Rona should be aware that specials are per location and sometimes doing a little drive can save you some $$$. Service was laid back and chill.

They came back to do another coat and everything is great now. Rest assured if there's issues with your floor after the work they will get it fixed for you.
