Pierre Lamontagne: Very satisfied with our experience with this retailer. The showroom is spacious and the numerous lighting fixtures are clearly visible, without clutter like other retailers. We were served by Alan, who informed us competently and with a smile. We had clear answers to all our questions. During our second visit, Salvatore also gave us sound advice, very kindly. We decided to order a lighting fixture from the Kuzco company, which we received within a few days. The packaging was very protective, the product appears to be of very good quality, the assembly was easy and we really like the final result. Very good experience.

After contacting customer service I had a very quick reply from Salvatore, who immediately remedied the situation and answered all of my questions. Once I received my order there were tiny cracks in one small piece. I contacted Salvatore and he was able to ship a replacement piece very quickly. Martin Laporte: I purchased a Degritter record cleaner in 2023. Unfortunately the machine had a fault. I had to return it to the store. A technician checked it carefully and noticed a problem with the board. Given the warranty, Codell returned it to the manufacturer for repair. I congratulate the entire team at Codell for the excellent after-sales service received.

Lucas’s magic worked! The Kairn was put back in service a few days later, my friend is happy, and Lucas is happy.My friend and I wish to commend Lucas for his talent and his determination. I am certain numerous technicians would have given up upon finding out that no off-the-shelf replacement power supply was available.Lucas’s and Christian’s concern for client satisfaction is also certainly commendable. Let alone the long time my friend and I spent speaking with Christian, when we went to pickup the Kairn, about a long list of tweaks and add-ons that generally better sound systems, all without any incitement or pressure to buy this or that.Based on this experience, I can only and gladly recommend Codell: competence, concern for client satisfaction, and passion.
