A gentleman's mechanic, he has never been heard uttering profanity and prides himself on the personal relationships he has with his customers.

Other garages wouldn't even look at it until the next day. They fixed the tire and rim enough for me to safely get back home in just an hour and for 100$. Absolutely amazing! Would recommend to anyone.

He was really nice, patiently listened to my entire saga and then worked with me to make it right. He installed my winter tires free of charge, did a break clean up and checked out my wipers. He was adamant that I remain a happy Merson client, which was above and beyond the treatment I'd gotten previously. I'm now back as a customer, and Charley has said he will handle my file himself, which makes me feel like a VIP, but also is such a kind gesture for a stressed out car owner.Original Review:As someone else said, they're great until suddenly they're not.It all started when they lost my tires. They treated me like I was a liar or somehow responsible for what happened, despite me paying to store them for the winter.Problems cascaded from there. My oil change done at the same time resulted in my neighbor letting me know the next day my car was leaking massive amounts of oil. I called them and brought in right in. Mechanic said it was 99% their fault

Raza: I had an excellent experience here. My passport book disappeared in central console lid of my 2021 toyota Sienna hybrid during my trip to Montreal on the day of total solar eclipse and I was very upset as I needed my passport to get back home. I visited Toyota in Montreal but they didn’t help me, rather asked me to get an appointment in a month and told me that whole console will be replaced with new one. But I didn’t want to be stuck in Canada. I googled and found this workshop and requested them to help me get back home to USA. SHONU SINGH is an expert mechanic, and nice and helping human being. He recovered my lost passport magically from the console without any damage to vehicle or any part replacement. His price was very very reasonable and he has excellent problem solving skills. As resolved my issue within no time which dealer could not. I extremely recommend Mr Singh for any kind of job related to any kind of vehicle.

I was in a bind as I am heading to NYC on a road trip just a few days before I hit a pothole that misaligned my vehicle.After getting my GTI serviced from autotech, they did a great job getting the GTI back as per recommended specs. The caster is slightly off, but this cannot be repaired by Autotech via their alignment service, as this requires possible replacement parts from the manufacturer.
