Valentina Munoz Ramos: I had a great first experience in this clinic this week. I arrived on time and they had already a room ready for me and the doctor saw me right away. Dr. St-Cyr Proulx was very kind, he took the time to explain my diagnosis with a drawing and provided me all information I needed for the next steps. I asked if they could please provide me with a quote to verify whether my insurance covers these services and both Dr. and receptionist were very helpful, even though it was not their common practice to provide quotes. I am very satisfied with the attention received.

I waited 30min for the lady at enregistrement to call me but didn’t so I just went up to her and asked kindly and she did my appointments on the spot. I tried it through our insurance with SunLife and, within minutes of a dialogue with a bot, I was called by a sweet and patient nurse. She advised me on how to manage symptoms and what signs meant urgent medical attention. I can happily say I got better soon.
Stephanie Quinn: We have Lumino Dialogue app accessible through our organisations and it is a recognisable benefit when you are sick. This past week I have been carrying around a flu over the 10 day mark and I was able to login to the app and speak with a nurse on video conference within 10 minutes. She evaluates the situation, calmed my nerves and provided sound advice and instructions to get me back on track. Within 24 hours I even got follow-up text to ensure I was ok and being supported after my doctor's appintment. I strong recommend Dialog to organisations as a benefit for their employees. Very valuable.

I booked the pro skin 60 with Jessica and 3 days after my facial, the breakout is gone and my skin is glowing. She also helped me refine my skincare routine by telling me when and how often I should use everything based on my skin. Amazing experience!! Will be coming back

Dylan Schlachter: This was my first visit at a dermalogica spa, first impressions were great! It's a beautiful open space spa with a private room, great location, and great staff! I had Diana for my PROSKIN 60 mins and it was very relaxing, Diana knew lots about the products aswell as kept the facial engaging! My skin feels so good and now that it's been 2 days my skin is still feeling fresh and hydrated!! I was a little nervous with my limited French but Diana made that no issue!
