In addition to being our MC and DJ, he was a top-notch planner, putting us at ease in making sure our dinner and reception went smoothly and on time with speeches and special dances. He coordinated with our band, expertly integrated all our song requests, and really brought the party. Our guests sent us many compliments on his DJ skills and there weren’t many dry eyes during his speech intros and his unique offering, the Love Story. As a couple planning a destination wedding, Stefan was such a great help planning our reception. He thought of things we did not even think of and improved the evening. I would like to bring to your attention to a cashier called Rita who is working for you at Place Vertu and is most of the time at the cash at the centers entrance facing Adonis. Her Name is Rita she is one of the best workers I have ever seen or had the pleasure of being served by her. She has a constant smile on her face , she helps people all the time even when people do not ask for help. Last week I was trying to activate my new card from Canadian tire. I was on the phone for 3 days waiting for more than 30 mints every time and I could not. When I went shopping on Thursday and told Rita this she quickly got on the phone to customers service and within minuets I was able to activate my card and paid for my shopping with it. Rita is always ready to help. she knows where to find things and if she can not give you an answer she will call the department and find out anything you want or need. She is efficient quick, helpful, always ready to help, has a great personality and is the only one that does her job as a profetional ,aware of everyone who goes in and out of the store. She is excellent at her work and should be promoted as a manager or her wages should be increased. The owner of Canadian tire should be proud to have such a person working for them. They were very kind and cooperative, and thanks to them we learned the French language. We have a proverb that says, “Whoever teaches me a letter will make me a slave,” and when you hear the teacher’s name, you must stand in reverence and respect for him. Thank you to all the staff. Archangel Productions LLC: Overall, this is a very clean and luxurious hotel. The underground garage parking was extremely convenient, especially since we came in the winter just before a snowstorm. It's within walking distance to the Bell Center and all the major shopping on Rene Levesque and St Catherine St. We didn't have time to use the indoor pool but wanted to very much. The only problem I had was that the girl at the coffee shop would not accept the 50 cent pieces I was trying to give her just because she had never seen one before. I try to use cash as much as possible in Canada due to credit card fraud.Rooms: Spacious and cleanWalkability: Within walking distance to many stores on Rene Levesque and St Catherine St
Samantha Fleury: , clean and inviting. The staff at the front desk were so kind and helpful. The hotel is super clean and feels very safe. We absolutely loved our stay and will be returning to this hotel in the future. It was a great price, for a fabulous hotel. We really felt like we got an amazing deal for the money we spent vs the quality we received.

Kerig Ahearn: First off If your coming to downtown MTL this place is perfectly located about 2 blocks from the Bell center and a couple blocks from from st Catharines st. We have stayed here 5 times, The staff are phenomenal, check in never an issue. This time is the first time we have ever had a small issue with our room. Our deadbolt wouldn't lock. Called the front desk and within 5 min we had someone here to fix it. Beds are super comfy and have multiple choice of pillow firmness available on our beds. You can't go wrong with this place and it's our go to every time we come to MTL.

André Archambault: Four years ago, we received very good advice during our kitchen and bathroom renovations. A few weeks ago, the kitchen faucet valve leaked. The plumbing service ordered one for me very quickly and under warranty. Unfortunately, it was impossible to remove the defective valve... Mr. Maury Rosen then offered to replace the entire tap with a new one, still under warranty!I would add a sixth star to classify the service obtained at Ciot and a big thank you to Mr. Rosen from after-sales service!
