Martin Stangl: We ordered some bedroom furniture remotely and had it shipped to our home. While we have never been in the store, our experience dealing with Mihran and his staff was second to none. They answered all of our questions promptly and courteously, making the online shopping experience very smooth. We ended up having the headboard of our bed damaged beyond repair during shipping which was disappointing. The store could have easily hung us out to dry, but in fact the opposite happened. They were 110% supportive, taking full ownership of the situation, dealing directly with the shipper, and having a replacement manufactured and shipped to us on a rush basis. Possibly the best post-purchase customer service I have every experienced. Incredible accountability. I cannot recommend Maison Mikaza enough. 10 stars!

My husband's office chair needed a cylinder replacement and we spent days struggling to do the repair ourselves - smacking it with a mallet, using tons of WD-40, etc. Took the chair to Tras and it took staff about 1 minute to remove the old, completely stuck cylinder - we were amazed! Totally skilled professionals, know a lot about these chairs, and very friendly. Highly recommended if you need any repairs for your office chairs, they saved us having to spend several hundred dollars on a new chair.

The staff were super friendly and took the time to show me all my available options. They even showed me how each chair worked individually. They knew I was on a strict budget and showed me some great chairs that were within my budget. Definitely recommend for any of your office needs. You don't need to pay a fortune for office supplies, come here and get great quality at a lower price! The chair I chose was a used one, and I'm super happy with my choice.

They had some in stock in their warehouse and assured us they would arrive at the store within a week and they did; they even assembled them for us!
