Rent is slightly on the higher side of the sqft of the apartment and ACs are not that very efficient. But I’ll be more than happy to revise my feed back from 1 star to a 4 star. Greg Gardner: Nice improvements to common areas. The building is well located and offers some very nice views of montreal and the south shore. The dep is well provisioned and offers homemade sandwiches. The recent staffing changes in the office are a major improvement.

Mustafa Syed: Annamaria was incredible in making sure the move in was seamless, and has given fast assistance anytime I need it throughout the year. Desmond, who’s takes care of the building has a great attitude and is always willing to help as well. Great building with good management!Some notes:- Room insulation isn’t the best, I had to insulate the windows further myself- Walls between rooms are quite thin- Gym missing equipment shown in photos. There are just treadmills in there.

She kindly explained many details to me, like how to search for home storage ideas by structuring items as a tool, while storing them at the same time. Alexa Infelise: I've lived at Pavillon Hutchison for a little over a year now and it's generally been a positive experience. The site manager, Charlie, has been incredibly helpful, accommodating, and friendly throughout the entire time I've lived there and I truly don't know what I would do without him. He makes an effort to get to know all the residents and everyone I've met who lives in the building is very fond of him as well. All maintenance issues that have come up have been handled promptly by him, which I really appreciate. He truly has the best interests of the residents in mind and I am so appreciative of everything he does for the building and its residents! He is a standout among CLV management - unfortunately, not all my experiences with the rest of the management company have been as positive. If not for those negative experiences, this review would be 5 stars for sure. Thank you Charlie!

He showed us several apartments on different floors and responded to questions and concerns from adults and children. He helped me make a decision by pointing out aspects of the neighborhood that I would have missed: for example, the frequency of the neighborhood train and the nearby amenities. And, he did it all with a smile.
Elizabeth Soh: I initially had a virtual tour of an apartment with Chedli last winter. He proved to be a very kind and patient agent, showing me three apartments in different buildings. Although he gave me his WhatsApp contact, my family and I weren't quite ready to make a move at that time.This spring, impressed by his professionalism, I reached out to Chedli again to physically view apartments. Despite initial reservations from my husband, Chedli remained patient and accommodating, even helping us find another 5 1/2 apartment at 5501 Adalbert. The next day, he promptly showed us the new place.Throughout the process, Chedli demonstrated exceptional patience in assisting us with gathering all the necessary information to fill out the application forms. Terrance Kelly: Maison Hamilton is perfectly located next to alot of amenities such as banks grocery stores ,pharmacies ,restaurants and public transportation etc in the municipality of Cote Saint- Luc Quebec. the building is structure itself is top notch compared to other apartment buildings in the area and the rooms are updated clean and very spacious and comfortable. The people are not bad at all and the added gym and heated pool is a plus in the building .last but not the least the services from the building maintenance ,the building administration and the buildings group managers are well managed .they really try to accommodate their tenants well. The equipped kitchen made our arrival easy with good appliances.We are delighted with the professionalism of BÉATRICE, the person in charge of our rental file. She was able to listen to our needs and all our questions. The apartments are clean, beautifully renovated and reasonably priced for what they offer Jennifer Muir my rental agent was so helpful a real joy to deal with, something you don’t experience very often nowadays she goes over and above to make you feel welcomed. The grounds are kept beautifully, I believe I will be here forever and my parents rented here to, they are enjoying their experience and they lived in a house for over 44 years. We never want to move and that says a lot.CLV group along with their well trained staff make you feel at home and the area is full of wonderful people, a very friendly and dog friendly . Karim Kamel: I have had a great experience so far, the buildings are clean and form a nice divergent community. I have to mention that sometimes issues arise, as they normally do in any apartment or residential complexes, but Sylvia Guttman and Peter Horwacki are two managers that excel at problem resolution. They are equally very professional, helpful and friendly.
MS1956: I have lived at the Rockhill for 30+ years and really never had to contact the administration before. This week I had a few questions and concerns. I had the pleasure of meeting with Sylvia Guttman, the assistant property manager. She was very professional and forthcoming with information. I hope she stays with Minto for a long time. Reach out to her and she will get back to you and will have the time to meet with you regardless if you have an appointment or not. She is definately a person who understands the meaning of customer service.

Loulwa Al Atasi: Update: One of the two elevators has literally been out of service for 3 weeks. The second one broke down today.Have lived here for around 3 months now. Great location everything is close by but it’s not too close to be noisy. Building admin and staff are super nice and friendly, takes a while for response but they eventually get around to it. My dog loves it lots of walking routes. The apartments are pretty spacious not like new apartments and if you get a renovated one then it’s perfect. Peter their leasing agent was really helpful and so kind and honest.

Mark: I have been living at le mille neuf for 2+ years, one of the best staff and management. They are really helpful, always welcomes you with a great smile and ready to help whenever there is a problem.They have good amenities like Gym, outdoor pool, common area where you can work or study… the bldg is perfectly situated next to places d’armes metro, chinatown, old port, IGA, st.Catherine…..Having said that, I would highly recommend anyone to live here because they will have a great time.

louise Bonjour: places emphasis on customer service and ensures that the quality of the building is maintained. Finally, regional management is present at all BB-Qs and holiday gatherings. A living environment to recommend.
Scott Martin: Building and units are magnificent. Dina and Pierre from the leasing office are extraordinaily friendly and open to helping you however they can. Highly recommended if you wish you live downtown. The doormen are also quite nice.

Aidan Green: Great location, easy walking distance to Downtown, Chinatown, and Old Montreal. My apartment is spacious, well equipped, and gets great sunlight during the day. It can be a bit loud from street below sometimes, but I am rarely disturbed by it, nothing some earplugs cannot fix if need be.The staff has been great and helpful, especially Dina, Pedro, and the members of the maintenance team. It was a relief to find this place when I was looking to move from my old residence.
AB BAR: The location of the building is perfect for getting around the city center or old Montreal on foot.The staff who work are always available whether at reception or maintenance. The service is impeccable. Dina Tazi is very professional and always available to respond to our requests.
Zuhair Toffaha: The location is wonderful. It's very central and everything is just couple of steps away. The residence is clean, and the staff is really helpful and swift ! Antoine Labonté-Cordeau was very efficient in completing my reservation on a very short notice. The service is quick. The facilities are very convenient. Overall, satisfied and happy to stay here.
