Rock the Cradle - Montreal Doula Services: what do users think?

Stephanie: My husband and I got to work with Elya. From the moment we met her it was like speaking with a really close friend. She made me laugh when I was nervous and was very knowledgeable. Although I ended up having a c-section at birth, due to breech position, she was there at the hospital calming me before birth and helping in the post partum room with the baby. We were so happy to have such a kind support with us for our first baby. Thank you Elya!

Mary D: I remember telling my husband that I wanted to get a Doula and he looked at me confused and asked what’s a Doula? Fast forward to 12 month later, he’s the one recommending a Doula to all of our friends!I can’t begin to express how grateful I am that we had Mika as our Doula. She has such a calming effect, is very knowledgeable and really took the time to listen to our questions and concerns. We loved our prenatal visits with her! Although, she couldn’t physically be present at the birth due to Covid restrictions, she was with us on call throughout my labour. She helped me stay calm, reminded me to breathe and helped guide my husband in supporting in throughout the labour. In addition we had also taken the prenatal courses with rock the cradle and we learned so much and were provided great documentation to keep and refer back to. Jenny was awesome! Thankfully for these courses and our Doula, I felt empowered during my labour and we felt prepared for when baby arrived. Thank you guys so much!

Elyse El Kharrat: All the best for all of you out there who are expecting :

Nellie Fotopoulos: Mika is a must-have for any first-time parents. She is kind and experienced, and will advocate for you. She prepared us for labour and post-partum without frightening us. It was great having her in our corner ❤

Kseniia Gorina: Ayda’s talasso+baby massage was yet another great fun and relaxing activity for our baby. Thanks for all!

Yasodai Selvakumaran: , for your wonderful food and sharing wisdom from parenting and life, and the love and care you showed all three of us.Thank you Ayda! You even inspired our first family trips around Quebec and my interest in helping others with post-partum care. If we have another baby, I hope we can have you by our side in person next time!P.S I was so happy to recommend you to a friend who loved having you as well!

Qwanetta513: Had to an amazing experience With my Doula Ayda The classes that I received gave me the confidence to have the birth that I wanted I had an amazing birth experience And would highly recommend their services

Ina Filip: "Choosing Ayda as our doula was not only a great choice, it was a real gift from life! Her presence during birth was exactly what I needed. She accompanied me with wisdom, experience and love. The cues she gave me throughout labour helped me better navigate contractions, keep my energy levels balanced, and push with more efficiency. But above all, she contributed to a deep sense of trust and safety throughout the whole process, which ended up being a beautiful healing natural birth. If I ever give birth again, I will definitely choose her as our doula! And I am recommending her to all my friends now. Thank you Ayda!"

F Cadott: Sylvia is amazing! We got the Rocktar edition and it answers every questions we had and more!We compare the offer from other doula service and we made the right choice by choosing Sylvia! As the father, I was not sure how much i would feel involve while watching the video, but right from the first lesson, I was the one who said " Okay, one more!".The video are not to long, not to short and the explanations are super clear. We felt there's just the right balance between scientifical, anathomic knowledge and the more intuitive and experience knowledge of a doula. It gives us the necessary boost of confidence before the birth. Thanks Sylvia for your amazing work!!!

Jacqlyn Bender: We had a wonderful experience with Mika as our birth Doula! Despite her not being able to join us in the hospital due to the pandemic, I felt supported throughout the duration of my pregnancy and labor. She helped me to navigate various medical interventions in a way that enabled me to have an incredibly positive birth experience.Sylvia's prenatal class was also fantastic; she gave us a good idea of what to expect as first time parents and also included some useful Montreal-specific hospital tips. I highly recommend!

Linda Cregan: were very helpful and reassuring to watch. My husband and I watched most modules together which helped give us more confidence as this is our first child. Watching each module at our own pace made acquiring all this knowledge a little less overwhelming. Many important concepts were covered in a clear and comfortable manner which we found quite helpful. Knowing that we can access the videos again and again as we require is also such a wonderful gift. Sylvie responded fairly quickly to any questions I had though email which we appreciated very much. I would recommend the Rock the Cradle Video Classes to any first time parent. We can’t wait for our precious baby to arrive. 💕

M TG: The birth of our daughter and my pregnancy journey would not have been as stress free an experience without the expertise and guiding help of Mika Rock during my pregnancy and post partum and without the soothing presence of Andrea De Keijzer during labour and at the birth. No matter how much you prepare, no birth ever goes exactly as planned and Mika and Andrea were there to guide us every step of the way.Being a first time mom I did not know what to expect and Mika answered every question thoroughly and without prejudice. She went above and beyond showing us holistic techniques, as well as, sending me supplemental material to further explain any scientific points allowing us to weigh all of our options. Mika has a very calm demeanour and set me and my husband at ease throughout the process.During labour, Andrea knew exactly what I needed without me even having to voice it. She was there with a calming word or touch and was a pillar of support for my husband as well.Andrea came to our house a couple of weeks after the birth to see how we were adjusting to life with a new baby which I found very helpful.Mika has remained in touch regularly since the birth and even started a Weekly Zoom call with other first time parents. We would meet in person but the pandemic didn’t allow that this year. It is a wonderful group where we support each other, compare notes, vent frustrations, coo over our babies, offer advice, applaud milestones met and anything and everything else in between.Needless to say, the doulas at Rock The Cradle are such amazing people who truly care about the families they work with and I recommend Rock The Cradle wholeheartedly!

ATI W: My husband and I took the online prenatal courses with Sylvia. It was really helpful for our preparations for the coming baby. All the advices and information given are really practical and realistic. Highly recommended.

Cynthia Ayoub: Sylvia is awesome! She gave us important information to prepare for the birth of our first baby and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend her class!

Jessica Melotti: We were initially going back and forth whether to have a doula for the birth of our daughter during these uncertain times. I am so happy we did, Mika prepared us for what to expect at every stage of the process. And we were so relieved that she had experience providing care virtually, especially when Montreal entered the red zone just a few short weeks before our due date. She was there every step of the way, and although my birth didn't go as planned her guidance and support made us feel reassured. Even afterwards her care continued when we were having breastfeeding issues. Her guidance and encouragement helped us stay the course and provide the best for our little girl. I could never thank her enough.

Elisa C-Rossow: but most importantly

Nathalia castro do valle: It was amazing having Ayda with us. She gave us all the support needed at this precious time. Thank you very much for your kindness!

Yogaspace Studio: what do users think?

Oriana Ortega: were responsible that I had an unforgettably beautiful childbirth experience, so if you are pregnant you won't regret to take them.

Isabelle Guichard: Clearlight is such a wonderful woman. My life has changed since I decided to join her classes. Not only this practice brings me a supreme joy and well-being, but it also fulfills my need for a deeper spiritual connection, as well as a whole mental universe into which I'me eager to dive each and every time. Thank you so much Clearlight for existing

Lisa Linardatos: I *really* enjoyed both Clearlight's prenatal class and momma baby yoga. The classes are not only informative, but Clearlight creates such a warm, welcoming space. Even though I had my babe with me in the yoga class, it felt like a break, and it was great connecting with other moms. A real mood-booster.

Rebecca Vanderelst: Mom and baby course is great! Lovely instructor and a great opportunity to socialize with other new moms. Learned some great post delivery exercises to do for my recovery and some massage techniques that my baby loves. Highly recommend.

Jade Heilmann: Cleatlight's prenatal yoga class was my favorite after trying a few different ones aroud town. She really prepared me for birth, which went very well and with no tearing!! My husband and I also did her couples workshop which was ever so enlightening. i am now about to start mom and baby yoga. HIGHLY recommended.

Miu Kuen Lee: I joined the prenatal yoga class and it was a great class for me to prepare my mind to be a mom.And now I am having a mammy baby class, my girl loves it when we do the peaceful singing. I enjoy the time in the class and hope my baby girl will develop this mindful habit when she is older...

Jennifer P.: I have been a long-time student of Clearlight’s and have participated in her mindful, pregnancy and mom-and-baby classes. She is an exceptional teacher and it is clear that she truly embodies and lives her own yoga practice. I highly recommend!

Sarah D: . You really don't ''go hard'', but being someone who is typically active, I was surprised at how little movement it takes when you're pregnant to feel like you're challenging your body! What I appreciated most about the course was the positive mindset it helps to create, as well as integrating certain breathing techniques which I feel will both be useful in labor. It was also really nice to be in the presence of other mother's during the unique experience of pregnancy.Clearlight is informative, kind, genuine and offers a good balance of sound advice, as well as positive energy. She really does offer a space that feels open to anyone.I would highly recommend her as a teacher, and taking her prenatal course.

Zsofia Daniel: Clearlight is a wonderful person and teacher. She creates a really welcoming environment and her classes are very well structured. The prenatal partner class was perfect to learn more about labour and prepare for it, and the mama-baby yoga is amazing to learn to live with a whole new baby. It's the best place to be when you are still just figuring things out with the tiny human.

Fanny Courtemanche: Great class

arielle ruah day-roher: Such an incredible experience. I did both pregnancy yoga and mama & baby yoga and both were such important parts of my journey towards becoming a mother. Clearlight is such an amazing teacher and the support you feel being part of a group of women who are all going through different stages of the same experience is really special. I definitely recommend.

Marie-Eve Couture: Pregnancy yoga and the couple's workshop with Clearlight gave me the confidence and the tools I needed to go through childbirth. It's been such a rewarding journey, and bonding with other moms was a nice bonus. Thank you Clearlight!

Mary-Rose Gill: Clearlight’s yoga is definitely for both body and mind. I have done both pregnancy and mom-and-baby yoga with her, and they have both been so amazingly helpful. Pregnancy yoga gave me a space to find some weekly moments of calm for myself, tools for labour, and trained muscles I did not know I had. Mom and baby yoga has been amazing for the community, understanding and strengthening my changed body, and for meeting the emotional and mental challenges and wonderfulness of motherhood.

Dana Breger: Clearlight's mom and baby yoga helped me so much at the beginning of motherhood. Her exercises are safe post partum, and they provide both emotional and physical support at such an intense time! It really gave me something to look forward to every week, and I was able to make many new friends to spend time with on maternity leave! Highly recommended

ines: I followed Clearlight's prenatal classes during both of my pregnancies and enjoyed very much the gentle movements and breathing exercises. Those breathing exercises have been particularly helpful during labour. I also enjoyed mom&baby yoga with Clearlight and then good hooked up with the mindfulness yoga classes. Such an important practice for body and mind and I can't imagine my week without this practice. Clearlight is a gifted teacher that I highly recommend!

Juliet Johnson: Clearlight is simply an amazing, inspiring yoga instructor. I first met Clearlight when I took her pregnancy yoga classes over a decade ago, on the enthusiastic recommendation of friends. The mental and physical approaches to pregnancy and labour that she taught us were invaluable in my own very lengthy delivery. I've kept going to her classes ever since, initially to mom and baby yoga and now, for the past several years, to her evening mindful yoga courses. Clearlight has a calm, friendly, professional, and reassuring presence that has earned her a devoted following in Montreal.

Michele Saumier: I was put on bed rest during my pregnancy but was allowed to do prenatal yoga and swimming. After the birth, I did yoga with the baby. It helped with my core strength. Seventeen years later I am still practicing yoga at yogaspace. I feel so much better after my practice!

DoulaMtl: what do users think?

Pat Sandrin: Val is just an awesome person and doula. Due to the pandemic, we unfortunately didn’t have her by our sides at the hospital but she took a 3am phone call from me and showed up at our home at 5am to confirm that, in fact, “your wife’s in active labour, bro.”We we’re off and she was always just a phone call or text message away, checking in periodically with me as though with us and on call just the same.Throughout our consultations, she provided me with the guidance and the knowledge to be the best birth partner I could be for my wife. She took a very intense and complex subject, and reduced it down to its essentials in a way that resonated with me. She provided me with the resources and the on-demand support I needed to be able to confidently lead the day with assertiveness and calm. With as little as us dudes can do in these situations, I was able to have a positive impact on my wife’s experience. She knew she could count on me, she was able to lean on me, and I know she is thankful for it.I highly recommend Val’s services, especially for men who truly want to be present and contribute to their partner’s birthing experience. And beyond her professional guidance and support, you will make a badass new friend.

Patrick Ouimet: We were lucky to have Valérie as our doula! I don't know what we would have done without her. She prepared us well before the big day and she was always there for our many questions during the pregnancy, she gave me all the tools to help my girlfriend as much as possible, especially during labor!! His presence during the birth was more than essential. Her listening skills, her vibe and her communication make her a real gem! Thanks again for everything Val! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Melanie Bufo: . Unfortunately, we were not allowed to have her with us during the birth of our daughter due to Covid, which we knew would be the case, but she prepared my husband to be an A+ birthing partner. I felt confident going into my birth despite the restrictions. Thank you Valerie! We love you!

Martina Ulrichs: Having Valerie with us on this journey made a huge difference. Being able to check in with her and get her opinion and advice gave us a lot of confidence to consider next steps to take. We were hoping to labour at home with her, but our little one had different plans and we had to induce. Sadly we couldn't have Valerie in hospital due to Covid, but she was just a phone call away and it was great to have that support througout labour. Her care after our little one was born was wonderful and such a big help, especially now that visits from family are so difficult.

Carolane Foata: Val is an incredible doula. She is always available to answer our questions and above all, her approach is positive and without judgment. We loved our experience with her ♥️

Ian Ménard: Valérie was very valuable to us in our birth process both before and during the summer after. She was able to give us confidence and assurance in our new role as parents. She has a very human and personalized approach and 100% sure that we will use her services again in the event of another birth.I highly recommend it to you ❤️Thanks again Valérie

a def: Valérie is an Angel sent from heaven. She made every step of my pregnancy and my 49 hour long labor a breeze. I don't know how I would have done without her. I am looking forward for baby number 2 with her. I always recommend her when I hear one of my friends are pregnant.Pregnancy and labor is hard and stressful enough as it is. Please do yourself a favor and give her a call. Doulas are truly a blessing.

Emeric Robert: Valérie supported us wonderfully during the pregnancy, labor, delivery and the weeks that followed. Without her, the birth would not have gone as well. She was available to us at all times and it made a huge difference.I give him the best recommendation!A big thank you ValérieEmeric and Autumn

Marie-Luc Despaties: The first time I met Valérie I knew straight away that we were going to have an incredible experience together. Having a child is the biggest exercise in letting go I have ever faced. Valérie guided me, supported, supported, listened to, prepared but above all she gave me confidence in myself and was able to make me aware of the strength and instinct that resided in me. Through the hustle and bustle of CoVid 19, I sincerely believe that Valérie made an indescribable difference in the progress of my pregnancy and my birth. Valérie I love you and I can’t wait for the next adventure ❤️💪🏻

Paulina Rivero Diaz-Rugama: Our experience with Valerie was wonderful. She was our doula when COVID-19 lockdown started, I was in a very vulnerable position and she always found a way to support us. She is extremely caring, supporting and intuitive for birth preparation, post-partum and breastfeeding. It made all the difference to know that we could rely on Valerie, being away from our family and having to deal with the uncertainties of the pandemic. I was so lucky to find her and I can not thank her enough for being there for me when I needed it the most. We highly recommend her, thank you so much Valerie !

Chloé E Otis: I am so grateful I was able to have a capable and loving doula at my birth and before and afters. She truly made me feel like every decision was mine to make, and that no one could take this life changing experience away from me. Every step of the way she was supportive in what I wanted to do,heronlygoal was to make sure I felt safe and that I was always informed. At the birth, she was a savior to my husband and me when he became tired and emotional. She knew what to do and was prepared for best and worst.Valerie will be apart of my birth story forever, I am eternally grateful for her services. 💓 Something I didn't know I needed until I needed it 💜

Natalia Hucul: Valerie is an intuitive and deeply caring doula - she has a true calling to be with mom's and families during such precious and vulnerable times. My second daughter was born several years after my first and getting back into the right frame of mind was essential.Val helped in several ways: from setting up a space at home, prepping to birthing in a new environment and knowing my rights. She helped me through some breastfeeding issues and held sacred space for me after the labor to help me heal both mentally and directed me to people who could help with other post partum issues.Additionally, Val introduced me to the world of batch cooking and "feeding the freezer" - we cooked together to ensure we'd spend less time cooking and more time snuggling and resting. This time was both fun, informative and a time-saver! A true professional with a deep love for her craft -- having her as a doula is a true gift.

Helen Stambelos: Valerie is an incredible doula. She takes the time to listen and accommodates your birth plan. She is caring, zen and passionate. A+ I cannot wait to work with her again!

Breathe with Lauren: what do users think?

Lindsey Burns: The best investment you can make for your birth! Lauren was integral in the successful physiologic, unmedicated birth of our second born daughter. In the months leading up to my VBAC, Lauren supported my partner and myself in the mental and physical preparation we needed. Through discussions, yoga and meditations I felt empowered and equipped. Lauren's presence on the day of was incredibly grounding for both of us, she kept me encouraged, positive and focused.

Lucy Baunay: Lauren has been absolutely key to our experience of giving birth to our first child. As we were going through a complicated delivery, she was the guardian of our serenity and peace of mind, especially when the situation was becoming stressful and uncertain. She was discrete yet very present, thoughtful and caring the whole time. We also loved spending time together after our son was born, at home, asking all of the questions we hadn’t initially thought about and going through some of our challenges related to caring for a newborn. Highly recommend. 3

Evelyn Velghe: How do I begin reviewing such an amazing woman and doula who truly transformed my birthing and postpartum experience? I’m hoping to add a raving review and hopefully inspire someone else to book her services. If you’re having a baby, regardless of your birth preferences, she should be your go-to resource.I was looking for a local, experienced doula who spoke both English and French - which was extremely important for communication purposes with medical staff.Lauren is the type of doula to focus on all aspects of the birthing experience: the physical and mental preparation for birth as well as the postpartum. She makes you address ALL the questions and feelings prior to giving birth and ensures you’re preparing for the fourth trimester. She’ll take the time to talk you through information on birth preferences, things to bring to the hospital/birthing centre and reflections in case your birth doesn’t go according to your preferences. My pregnancy and birth were going story book perfect - no complications throughout pregnancy, no anxiety, no induction, strong contractions once they began, no pain medication in labour - until the birth took an urgent turn.Lauren was such an incredible support throughout. I can’t imagine even attempting an unmedicated birth without her support. She knew exactly what I needed without me having to ask. Her kind and supportive words were always a welcome distraction. She continually encouraged me and reminded me that I had all the strength to bring my baby safely into this world. She was also an incredible emotional support for my husband, kindly showing him how to best support me and giving him much needed breaks. After a long unmedicated labour, a complication came up and the doctors called for an emergency C-section. Many women would feel disappointed that their birth ended this way. But because Lauren made me prepare for this potential outcome, I was very at peace with it. I vividly remember her telling me right before the surgery: “You’ve got this.“ It felt reassuring to know that I had someone looking out for me, my baby and my husband. If ever I have a second child I know I will be booking Lauren as my doula! I cannot recommend her enough ❤️

Jaclyn Rabin: and loved the virtual yoga courses with her. She truly knows how to create a safe and supportive space/community for pre and postpartum women! I would highly recommend her and her doula services as well as her yoga courses! Thank you Lauren for all that you do!

MM YOGA: I want to really thank Lauren, because taking this teacher training in this specific moment in my life has helped me transition into motherhood, embrace my body and my baby, and give into the full experience of being pregnant.Being able to transmit this to other women who are also pregnant has been a gift, and something I intend to keep on doing. Her training and embracing this has changed my yoga practice forever.

Jennifer Bracewell: Lauren turns post-partum yoga into a community with deft guidance, as well as wisdom and humour.

Melissa Levi: I took the prenatal yoga class and pain management class with Lauren and was so happy and satisfied with both! She is an amazing teacher with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in her field! Thanks to her classes, I feel more strong, more empowered, and more ready for my pregnancy and birth. It was also really nice to share the space with other expecting moms/parents and connect with them. I would recommend her services 100% and look forward to taking more classes with her!

Louisa Mussells Pires: Lauren's prenatal yoga classes and birthing preparation class really helped my partner and I prepare for what ended up being a very positive birthing experience.

Lisia Lattanzio: .We could not have imagined going through pregnancy and labor without Lauren as our Doula.During the months leading up to our child's delivery, Lauren's guidance was invaluable to us.She addressed all of our questions and concerns, and really put our minds at ease!During my pregnancy, she always made me feel reassured, supported, and confident about the process. My fiancée felt motivated and prepared after our meetings with her as well, because she really helped him understand what to expect. He says it shifted his whole perception about the birthing process. The result: he was truly the most incredible support to me during labour. When my contractions began at home, having Lauren come by the house to get us in our “game time” mindsets was just what we needed! It also helped us eliminate any guess work with regards to when it was time for us to leave home and head on over to the birthing center for our big adventure.I am not sure how I would've made it through the delivery without Lauren's support. In my story, I feel like she literally saved me.We were about 13 or so hours into labor. All had been going relatively well up until this point.I was now exhausted and in terrible pain.I was pushing with all my might; however, my midwife was telling me that my contractions were simply not strong enough to get this baby out. We were trying every technique and trick in the book. My body was exhausted. I was doing everything I could, with every ounce of energy I had, yet it still wasn't enough. I was now in a panic and had no idea what else to do.My body seemed to no longer be cooperating, no matter how hard I tried. Mentally, I was feeling defeated. Fear and panic began to kick in.This last hour felt longer than the last 13 hours combined.Due to the pandemic’s restrictions, Lauren was not allowed to be with us in person. However, she told us we could call or video call her at any time.It was approximately 5:30 am. My partner was equally as worried about me for the first time in the last 14 hours because of the state I was in. He knew it was time to call Lauren and gave her a video call to which she promptly answered. She was ready! What happened next was nothing short of a miracle for us.Lauren's soothing voice instantly made me feel at ease. The physical distance between us no longer seemed to exist. With my eyes closed, I listened to her voice. It’s as if she tapped in to my very being, and the only way I can explain it is that I felt like we were now “one”.Her guidance was like a meditative journey that allowed me to breathe so deeply at a pace which literally re-energized my body, and re-focused my mind. She helped me regain my center.Within minutes, I became calm.Suddenly, my contractions started to become more powerful! The midwives told me that this was it, to keep going, and that my baby was finally coming! We are so grateful to say that our baby was born healthy, my recovery was amazing, and like I said earlier we both cannot imagine having gone through pregnancy and labor without Lauren as our Doula.Thank you, Lauren, we are lucky to have an amazing angel like you to help guide us through the most spiritual and sacred life events of pregnancy and delivery. You have been a blessing - Keep doing what you do!!!Much love ~

Geneviève Grégoire-Labrecque: and my partner and I have also registered for her online class "Preparing the Birth Partner" and I really enjoy this pregnancy journey having her alongside. Her prenatal yoga classes are more than just yoga classes, they are also a means to connect between moms-to-be, to go inward, reflect, share, discuss, grow in a respectful & safe space. It is also very flexible and I really feel like I can participate in the way that I feel comfortable without being judged. Lauren is indeed very considerate. She takes time to check-in with everybody, she listens, cares and adapts her practice to the future-moms' needs. The "Preparing the Birth Partner" workshop was also a positive learning experience for us as a couple and future parents. Lauren is an excellent

Audrey Teasdale: The prenatal workshops offered by Lauren gave me the confidence and reassurance that my partner and I needed to face the birthing process. But beyond all that, I am grateful to Lauren for her virtual support during my work. His words gave me the positive energy I needed to give birth!Thank you Lauren for your support and valuable advice throughout this great adventure!

Amanda Greenman: .At the time I had also considered hiring a doula to help me through the birth process since I had dealt with a lot of anxiety during my pregnancy

Mallory Wilson: . My partner and I are very happy with our birth experience even though it didn’t go as planned, as I was prepared to take decisions that felt right for me in the moment. Her postpartum visit was also very helpful and encouraging, making things work for our family; rather than worrying about what works for others. Thanks Lauren! Xo

Pauline Roussel: Prénatal training with Lauren was amazing! She created a benevolent and easy atmosphere, even though we were on Zoom! Lauren is passionate and teaches with her heart. She is a generous soul and I deeply recommend her training!

Annie Provencher: Excellent training, excellent trainer! Thanks Lauren :*

Lindsay Slater: Lauren has been a part of my life for just over two years and I have tried several of the classes she offers. Currently I'm enjoying fertility yoga that combines flow and yin-style yoga, breath-work and introspection to leave me feeling more knowledgeable about myself and less anxious about my fertility journey.

Sara Del Bello: Lauren is such a light and an amazing teacher. She brings genuine positive and uplifting energy to her online yoga sessions which feel very personal and full of intention. I just completed the CALM yoga series and it has been such a gift to myself, this dedicated time to feel good, reconnect with my body and mind in the comfort of my home and sweats. I look forward to continuing this series as it has provided the stress relief I was looking for. With her complete background and continuing education, Lauren delivers so much value! Thanks for doing what you do.

Benjamin Alice Dr: what do users think?

DCCM: Dr. B took care of me after my 3 miscarriages and since then she closely watched my whole pregnancy till the end. Waiting on visits can be hard sometimes but its all worth it. Dr. B is sweet, caring and very meticulous. We owe her the life of our healthy baby boy. Loved her 3

Kay Hodson: There were ups and downs, because she is to busy overwhelmed with work. Having said that she is a lovely, human who gave me confidence during my pregnancy.

Nat B: Does anyone know if doctor Benjamin is still seeing patients? In 2020 when I was seeing her she was retiring that January from deliveries but was still going to see patients at her office, I'm hoping this is still the case as I'm pregnant again.

Reza Naghavi: We love you Dr B

Christina: Thank you Dr. Benjamin!

Nuvo Physio: what do users think?

Rosana Reyes: I had a severe carpal tunnel in both hands after my first baby, saw all kinds of specialists for 3 months without help until I found this clinic. Within 6 weeks I was 100% better and no longer in pain. Price is reasonable and appointments are not a million years in the future.

M K: If you are pregnant or gave birth recently or you are a woman and you are looking for THE BEST THERAPIST IN TOWN , this is the right place for you. Thank you Karina for helping me with my hand, having to take a newborn but suffering from hand pain doesn't help. You understood exactly what i had and you tackled it with the right exercises, support and directing me . I am grateful to you and your team. Free parking and easy access from Decarie

hamida ibrahim: Very nice experience with Megan

Nadia P: I had a hand injury and it was difficult for me to do my daily tasks at work. Karina was so sweet and professional. She really helped me in my recovery. If you ever need an OT or hand therapy, you should definitely go see her.

Meagan Zantingh: In both the pre and post natal appointments, Jennifer was thorough and explained everything very clearly. She helped me prepare for what turned out to be a good birth experience and a healthy recovery!

Cindy H.: Jennifer is a wonderful prenatal physio

alex a.: Chaya completely changed my life for the better. She goes at your pace, she listens to you, never pushes you beyond your limit and always talks you through every exercise. Physiotherapy is truly a team work and she's the best team's captain you can hope for. She also taught me that I was "normal" no matter the challenges which is something I feel a bunch of us are struggling with. I highly recommend her services!

Tara Hassanalizadeh: I recently had the pleasure of receiving physiotherapy from Jennifer after my c-section, and I must say that she exceeded all my expectations. What stood out the most about Jennifer was her dedication to ensuring that I fully understood everything she was doing and why. She took the time to explain each step of the physiotherapy process, making sure I was comfortable and informed throughout.I highly recommend you go see her!

clinique ovo: what do users think?

raissa gosse: I really liked the interview with the doctor on Zoom, it’s practical and saves time.

Sophia Jab: some of the people who work on coordination lack humanism and understanding. Following a call on April 23, a lady who called me was very difficult. I tried to explain my despair to her, I expressed myself well, I asked her to find me a solution since the dates she offered me for a follow-up appointment did not correspond to those I had been told . She didn't want to know anything and she kept repeating the same things to me like a robot. I was lucky following an email that repeated everything I had said to him, I received a call from a woman Antoinette. What a gem!! Everything that was impossible and very difficult the day before turned out to be simple for her. What a beautiful person. I thank her enormously. Sometimes in life it's the little things that change everything for someone. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism Antoinette.

Montreal Fertility Centre: what do users think?

Dubravka Lončarić: My only regret is that i cant have them following me until the end of pregnancy. Amazing doctors, nurses and receptionists!

Miss Y: Dr. Neal Mahutte and Dr. Ouhilal are rare gems! I've been trying to get pregnant for over 3 years with other clinics, without success. I had a first meeting with Dr. Ouhilal, she was the one who chose the treatment, the medications and the dosage. I can tell you that she was not mistaken and gave me treatment adapted to my situation. Afterwards I continued the ultrasounds, the egg collection and the transfer with Dr. Mahutte. From the first visit I immediately felt that I was in good hands, this man inspires confidence. He is so kind, patient and reassuring, but above all very competent, just like his partner. We did 1 cycle of IVF with him and I got pregnant on the first try of the first transfer. A miracle. Many thanks Dr. Mahutte and Dr. Ouhilal for everything you have done for me and my partner, we will be grateful to you for life and we will recommend you to other couples with our eyes closed ❤️. Thanks also to Bonnie and all the staff, you are an outstanding team.

Edith Langlois: Dr. Mahutte is wonderful ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Even though unfortunately my only IVF embryo ended in miscarriage and it was not the result I wanted, I can tell you that Dr. Mahutte put everything in place to succeed and was always smiling and kind at my appointments. you and answered my questions.

Maya Bitton: Both Drs are the best there is simple

abdul arebi: The cleanest clinic i’ve ever stepped in!!! Staff is the most friendly!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Merav Cohen: I’m not going to lie the waiting time is not the best and it takes persistance. What I will say is that once you get in you are followed by one doctor from start to finish. They truly get to know you and guide you every step of the way. They are kind and caring and genuinely are experts in their field. I was constantly encouraged, I was always taken care of. I was never rushed and they let me go at my own pace. I’ve sent a few friends to this clinic and like myself we were all successful at starting our family. That isn’t a fluke or luck of the draw- it’s their attention to detail and their knowledge. I loved my experience there and I am forever grateful for the beautiful bundle of joy that they helped us get. Thank MFC! You guys are amazing!

Marie Bois: Melanie Richards is extraordinary, taking a class or a yoga session with her is an experience to live! You have to know it.

Kimberly Esguerra: I took Melanie’s Yin Yoga teacher training. I was very happy to take her class. Her energy is very welcoming. ✨She is very clear and thorough with her explanations. She takes her time for you to understand as well. And it makes it that much fun when you can feel the passion she has for what she teaches.I would recommend any of her classes for anyone looking to take a class or a training!

Sally Besser: Yin yoga teacher training 40hr with Melanie Richards was an inspiration to get back into my yoga practice. We learned about the importance of Yin for a healthy balanced lifestyle. This class was about discovering safe and mindful poses that enrich practise and how to serve your students needs. I loved every minute learning and being ❤️🙏

Nicoleta Stoodley: This Yin Yoga Teacher Training was amazing! Melanie's calm soothing voice, her extensive knowledge and her sharing of personal stories, makes this training exceptional. Marie-Claud adds enthousiasm, dynamism and heartfelt fun to the experience making it a worth while training. Thank you both for your great work!

Miguel Chen: Big fan of Melanie and her work. Check it out!

Shanny Mireles: I loved my Yin Yoga training with Mélanie and her team. It was a simply magical and educational experience. Thank you so much.

Kathleen Farrell: I had the chance to do the Yin TT training with Melanie Richards in spring 2023! What a great experience! Melanie is generous, authentic and her knowledge of the world of yoga is impressive. It just makes us want to know more!

Farnaz Mamizadeh: I was introduced to Melanie through a yoga event. It was magic. Her energy, her kind way of sharing her message, and kindness were exactly what I needed to hear. I went on to take her gentle yoga and YIN training and I can say I am able to step back in my life and really learn to covey my message and my energy towards myself and others in a completely different light. I now understand i am a work in progress, and there is an abundance of learning to come. Thank you Melanie you are in so many ways inspiring, wise and gentle in a very humbling and understanding way and this way of yours is reflected in the way you teach and I am beyond grateful to have been able to share theses trainings with you. I can't wait for more workshops and training to learn.

Ellen Auer: I loved the holifest organized by grove campus. The overall combination of yoga, storytelling, reiki, and the vendor market was very complementary. I loved the fact that there was also enough time to chat and get to know other yogis.

Michele LeBlanc: Happy Tree events in 2022 exceeded my expectations. Melanie goes above and beyond.

Brandon Dawson Jarvis: Amazing experience, would recommend for anyone wanting to teach, learn or deepen their practice and understanding of yoga

Marie A: I had the amazing opportunity to take part in the Gentle Yoga Teacher Training, and it was all that and more. The training provided me with the support and knowledge to be able to help others, and to discover a side of yoga that is accessible to all. Melanie is an incredible teacher and created a class that was supportive and inclusive. Her positivity is contagious! Thank you Happy Tree!

Grove Campus: Such a privilege and honour to connect with Melanie. Not only is she an amazing yoga teacher but such a beautiful person altogether. She is a supporter of community and understands the importance of representation in the yoga space. We took her gentle yoga training and even after having complete a YTT, we left with so many nuggets of wisdom. We're really looking forward to taking her YIN training that we've have heard nothing but amazing things about.

Jeremy Braziller: Just the best, hands down

Tolga Akkaya: Great place for yoga, classes aren't very crowded and the instructors can guide you if needed. Would recommend!

Emeraude Lapointe: This studio is full of light. The teachers are not only great teachers of yoga but are also extremely uplifting souls. I especially enjoy Melanie the founder of Happy Tree, Bhaskar and Kat.Thank you for such a special place ❤️

EloiseJ: Best yoga studio in town. Warm, welcoming and familiar atmosphere. You feel good and go far away just by walking through the front door. The teachers are absolutely incredible, smiling and sweet. The yoga room is quite small giving the impression of having a private class. The energy that emerges in these classes is remarkable. Each class offers a relaxing and new experience. I highly recommend !
