From an amazing menu you wouldn’t realize is mostly vegetarian, to the classy and cosy decor, there’s already a lot to love, but the addition of board games that are expertly chosen for you is the cherry on top. Jaykey: It's a good decent place and i had a fun memorable time. Would def go back. The only thing that's holding this place from a 5 stars in my book is that the space is a bit small for crowded days like Fridays and Saturdays for example. The atmosphere is quite nice but when it gets crowded and you're drunk you got to be careful not to bump into people lol. Would def recommend to give it a try fashow. It also has a pretty decent variety of arcades and videogame consoles.

Serge Crevier: with a friend, who had already come a few times.First, I wanted pizza but they didn't have any. Weird.Then, I ordered a beer which ended up being ''flat''. They gave me another one which was better, normal.For a meal, I finally opted for poutine. It was good but the meals are too/quite expensive.Then, my friend introduced me to a strategy game & I had a lot of fun. 3 wins out of 5. :-

However, be careful if you want to eat before 4 p.m., the kitchen is not open despite the fact that when booking online, you get this message: "IMPORTANT Please note that our kitchen is open from 12 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. today. Our bar is however open at all times. We were still accommodated with the choice of 3 meals.
Carl Bilodeau (Sath): I was served by Amine and Carl. The staff is very courteous and professional. The Griot is excellent and only accentuates the warm atmosphere of the place.

Doum: OMG! It's been 35 years since I've been back here... iiiiiiincredible! It's THE store of my childhood, where I literally wanted to buy sooooo much! I used to come there for all my Dungeons & Dragons stuff. Today? I don't have time for that, but still, board games are my religion! I left the region, revisiting the Valet d'Coeur was an unparalleled pleasure!

Charles Savard: I have been a regular customer at Dice Owl since it opened. Back then, owners personally delivered games the same day of purchase... it was almost like a pizzeria! Over time, the company has become larger and although it saddened me to see hand delivery disappear, it makes me happy to see that the Dice Owl is doing well. I give 4 stars for all of this. I am adding a 5th star for extraordinary customer service. Indeed, there was an error on an order, a box which should not be included in a Kickstarter lot. The Dice Owl sent me this box, even though it wasn't included, completely free. I highly recommend this store.

Kev Ryan: A truly fine pub ran by two of the loveliest blokes you could ask far behind a bar. Incredibly welcoming and always accommodating to anybody looking for great food, a couple of pints, or both!It has fast become a regular spot.
Bruce J Lambie: An authentic British pub on the Main. The owner is a British ex-pat, and wanted to bring the vibe of a real English pub to Montreal, and I think he's succeeded.Vegetarian options: Really wonderful vegan wings that don't lose the texture and flavour you look for in chicken wings.

Ruhan R: Fantastic pub with a great location, right in the middle of one of the city’s liveliest streets – St. Laurent. This place is great if you aren’t looking for a full-blown club experience for the night. While still being more busy than some of the lower-tier bars in the area. Drinks are well-price, and the service is excellent. Shoutout to Shenade for her great service. Not a large place but not cramped either. They host live music which can be observed by passerby’s through the large window that’s left open in warmer months.
Naomi McKay: By far the best vegan buffalo “wings” I have ever had. Being a vegetarian/vegan for most of my adult life I have tried every single variation of “hot wings” in many different countries and nothing compares to the ones served at this pub. They are made with shiitake mushrooms yet don’t taste or feel like mushrooms. The texture is like a well cooked chicken wing, crispy on the outside and tender inside without all the nasty bones, fat and gristle. All I can say is go and try them. I promise you will be impressed!
