Kimara Lovelace: This was an absolutely beautiful place to unwind. The food was exquisite, the service impeccable and the management, Raphael, was top notch!!! I visited the restaurant nightly and each time was a delight with a new mock tail drink recommendation. One evening I walked in and Raphael just knew what to bring….. an amazing charcuterie board and a Barbie mocktail! PERFECT!!!!!Thank you so much for an enjoyable time! I will be back!!

C'est votre gentillesse qui fait qu'on veut toujours retenir savourer vos boissons et vous voir à l'œuvre. Le saumon cuit en 10 jours est incroyable! Et les frites à la truffe. On n'a pas tout essayé.

Yara Al Hajj Sleiman: The terrace is well located on top of the hotel and is overlooking the city and the port of Montreal. Timing of the food service was confusing for me, however, I enjoyed all that I ordered. High quality ingredient used and good selection of wines.

Fern Clair: Really lovely place, terrace vibes were incredible, service was great, best aperol spritz I've ever had. The burger was pretty good, but for 30 dollars it had the worst fries I've ever had. To call them fries is almost a crime as they are more potatoe wedges. Badly seasoned, kinda raw inside, and absolutely unnecessarily large.
Carl B.: Great discovery on the roof of the Place d'Armes hotel. Beautiful, good-sized terrace. There were 6 of us on a late Saturday afternoon, and there was not an intense crowd. Very beautiful view of the city and surrounding areas.I found the choice of cocktails rather limited, but they were very good.The only thing to perhaps mention and teach the waiters; When a wasp lands in a coffee or beverage and drowns, do not offer the customer the option of recovery. The drink needs to be changed. 😉Otherwise, we all loved our experience, and I will definitely return!

Sue Trad: We stayed here in April. Big room. Nice views and comfortable king bed. They cleaned the room every day. Sauna and heated pool. I guess the season hasn’t started so the river in the garden was not running. My only complaint is the shower it was difficult to figure out. You have to press a button and at the same time twist the knob to have the water started and I couldn’t figure out how to operate the hand held shower. the sink knob is twisted the opposite way. Every time I was trying to close the tap it would open even further. It must be a Quebec thing. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.Walkability: Restaurants and shops

Lori Forman: My boyfriend and I wemt for our birthdays toontreal amd stayed jn a Petit Suite with a double Jacuzzi tib. I could have lived on that tub. Any time i came back from walking out side at the end of the day, I enjoyed a nice long soak and some bubbles from the jets. Annie amd Jacqui were an amazing concierge team. Annie had little birthday welcome treats and notes for each of us is, and both of whom helped with restaurant suggestions, activities, etc. The attentive and kind service by all from front desk to valet was incredible. We hope to stay again in the future, and were grateful to take advantage of their 3rd night free promotion
Scott Clementson: I stay in a lot of hotels and the staffs are usually the deal breakers. This staff is amazing. The hotel is awesome, unique and good on its own but the staff here is beyond perfect. Felt like I was back at the Ritz Carlton. I have no idea what they are paid but they deserve a raise.This hotel is a great location and the decor is perfect

From rooms, to staff, to service, everything is five stars. Would 10/10 recommend.Rooms: Rooms are more beautiful in person than the amazing photos they have online.Nearby activities: They provide a great list of everything you could possibly want to do over a short stay in Montreal. Every recommendation was fantastic.Walkability: Located right in old Montreal, this place has the best location in town.

Rob L: Had a good experience overall. Now that we have checked out, they continue to send updated room reports adding charges for food that we never had. We drank 1 can of wine and 1 bottle of Pellegrino carbonated water. No food!Guests, I suggest you take before and after pictures to protect them from taking advantage of you.Update: I called the front desk and they refunded the Pringles charge. 👍
