Alexandre opened my computer in front of me, showed me everything he was doing, explained the diagnostics he looked at, and was very patient with my ignorance and questions. He let me take my computer home so I could keep using it until the part arrived the next day. While I was there, several customers came in who he knew my name -- he had clearly been their "tech guy" for a while, and they seemed to really value and trust his knowledge. He also has nice artwork on the walls, purchased directly from the artists to support their work.

Gabrielle Généreux: There is a nice selection of items, the prices are fair. I am removing one star because the protocol in the fitting rooms is deficient. We ask to bring 5 items at a time into the cabin, so we leave the rest with the employee. The employee puts the clothes in the same rack of clothes that have been tried on and left, so other customers leave with our items, and other employees come to collect them and put them back on the floor. The first time I thought it was an honest mistake, but it happened twice during my visit.

My husband's office chair needed a cylinder replacement and we spent days struggling to do the repair ourselves - smacking it with a mallet, using tons of WD-40, etc. Took the chair to Tras and it took staff about 1 minute to remove the old, completely stuck cylinder - we were amazed! Totally skilled professionals, know a lot about these chairs, and very friendly. Highly recommended if you need any repairs for your office chairs, they saved us having to spend several hundred dollars on a new chair.

Laura Patrick: I went to Tras to pick up an office chair for my home office. I didn't want to spend a lot and I had very specific measurements to follow as my home office is in a tight space. The staff were super friendly and took the time to show me all my available options. They even showed me how each chair worked individually. They knew I was on a strict budget and showed me some great chairs that were within my budget. Definitely recommend for any of your office needs. You don't need to pay a fortune for office supplies, come here and get great quality at a lower price! The chair I chose was a used one, and I'm super happy with my choice.

I ride a very unsexy GT frame with cargo forks that is so uncool my girlfriend probably considered that being a single mother of 3 was better than being with a guy who had this bike.4. I may have forgotten to write this again but this is what happened and why I am writing all these bullet points; I got on my bike after its yearly tune up, and my clunky uncool girlfriend-sexy-vibe-killer bike took off like a tour-de-France-ready road bike! It was so tight! I kid you not I had to look to see if they accidentally installed an electric assist motor on my lovely bike.
