Boris Francisco Serrano: This isn't a review per say, but I noticed that the Montreal store on Robert-Bourassa had been closed for two months and I searched on the net and no indication, it says temporarily closed but nothing more, will there still be a store in Montreal or is it over for good? If so, it's a real bummer..

Sneaky Tony: The clerks are slightly condescending... I said I wanted a skateboard for balance boarding and he told me to buy a balance board. But I confirm that it's definitely more fun with a skateboard. Since the bottom is round, you have to do edges like in snowboarding. I can practice grinds and manuals in my living room! They should really promote this instead of boring balance boards... IT'S MY NEW FAVORITE BOARD SPORT!!!

JASMINKA HORVAT: A ratchet on my snowboard boot suddenly stopped working and unfortunately , Burton’s lead time to fix it is about 1.5months. I went from mountain to Empire with the boots and they fixed it for me on site in a matter of minutes.They also showed me what had happened, gave me a mini tool and explained what to do if it happens again.
