Cam Poirier: I had a great experience at the GRS clinic. Both pre-op and post-op with the nursing staff. Dr. Laungani performed my mastectomy and although I haven't seen the result yet, I felt safe with him. Thank you for everything.
Jenni Koel: I had an excellent experience here.Because I was coming from British Columbia. I got a limo driver pick me up from the airport. I got a couple complimentary nights at the holiday inn and a $50 food voucher.I got food delivered to my room. I got all my medications delivered to me.All the nurses were super nice and helpful.

Ju P.: I was very impressed with how quick and efficient the day of my surgery went. I was in and out by 11:30 AM as Dr. Laungani's first patient of the day. The staff were attentive and caring, I was in good hands the entire time. I was prescribed with meds that have helped manage my pain and bowel movement. So far, my healing journey has been great. If you're hesitating on applying for gender affirmation surgery, I highly recommend GrS Montreal.
Sergii Chernysh: My surgery was on December 7, 2023. My surgeon was Dr. Laungani, I am happy with his services and also with the anaesthesiologist and the whole team that helped during the surgery. However, there were problems with post-operative service. In the evening everything was fine and I received good pain relief, probably tramadol every 3-4 hours. However, the nurses who were on duty at night refused to give me this painkiller, they gave me Tylenol and offered sleeping pills. I couldn't sleep until the morning. When I left the clinic in the morning, I was given a prescription for tramadol, which I can buy and use whenever I want and as often as I want. When I asked why I couldn’t get just one tablet at night to sleep peacefully, none of the clinic staff could explain anything to me. For the operation I would give 5, but due to the post-op service I give 4.

Dylan Harries: I had the pleasure of having Dr. Maud Bélanger as my surgeon for top surgery. The nurses alone made my experiences one of the best by helping me from the start, they were caring, compassionate and understanding. Dr. Bélanger is a FANTASTIC surgeon and even that is an understatement, I am beyond satisfied with my results, and she put my mind at ease before surgery. She is a doctor that genuinely cares about her patients. I highly recommend this clinic for any work! Amazing staff! The aftercare as well, they email you back within minutes addressing your concerns.

Wesley: I had the pleasure of having Dr. Chen Lee at my surgeon. The staff there were very nice and helpful. I was super nervous as soon as I laid down on the hospital bed. He did an amazing job, with minimal scaring.

Alexa Eriss: I just got back home from travelling and had to write a review. My experience with the clinic was beyond amazing. The kindness of all of the staff was next level, they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. My surgeon, Dr. Laungani was also so kind and made sure we were still on the same page before going in for surgery. The results after only a few days are already so amazing I can’t wait until I am fully healed. I would give 6 stars if I could.

julia izhevska: At work, my knee hurt after an injury. I had to go to the Santé Mont-Royal Hospital. I was worried that my limited knowledge of languages would be a big problem. But, thanks to the employee who was on shift at 22.30 on May 7, everything went surprisingly easily and quickly. Many thanks to her! Unfortunately, I don’t know her name, but thank you very much! She even made an appointment to the hospital to see a doctor the next day, so as not to wait 10 hours for a doctor’s appointment here. Thank you very much that there are such people!
Estelle B: *The emergency room experience is unique to each person since each case is different.*I personally had an excellent experience in my misfortune. 4 hours of waiting in the emergency room is not long. Knowing that before going to the Jewish, I went to the Jean Talon hospital and I was warned of a 9-hour wait. All the nurses who took care of me were incredibly caring and attentive. Everyone was nice to me and kind. Thanks to the doctor on duty for taking my case seriously and demanding all possible tests. I had a lot of tests including a CT scan, all quickly. I am now out of the woods. Thank you so much

Chloé Coeurdassier: I came in the urgency room at 5pm knowingThat I would possibly stay there all night. I was called in pre-triage and triage within the hours or so. The nurse told me that it wasn’t worth for me to wait here all night as my urgency wasn’t as urgent as others but still needed a check up quick. She gave me an appointment to a clinicNear my house the next day. I waited 30min for the lady at enregistrement to call me but didn’t so I just went up to her and asked kindly and she did my appointments on the spot. I know sometimes it can be long but surprisingly I was served pretty fast and kindly. Glory to God.

S.E. McKenzie: Beautiful campus. Great dentistry school. The atmosphere at the moment is not great due to protest and muddy field.
Paul Miiller: Great spectacle! They had two massive teams on either side of the gates waving flags and cheering, never saw anything like it before. Not sure what sport it was for but really gives the impression of a very active school community. A lot to see and I even got a hot dog!
