The nurse told me that it wasn’t worth for me to wait here all night as my urgency wasn’t as urgent as others but still needed a check up quick. She gave me an appointment to a clinicNear my house the next day. I waited 30min for the lady at enregistrement to call me but didn’t so I just went up to her and asked kindly and she did my appointments on the spot. I know sometimes it can be long but surprisingly I was served pretty fast and kindly. Glory to God.

The thing with anything brain-related is that you, the patient, need to be completely open and transparent about what is bothering you so that you can get proper treatment that works. You also need to go in there with the mindset that you’re there to get well. If you don’t put the effort into taking care of yourself, of course your treatment won’t work because failure is a self-fulfilling prophecy. My treatments didn’t come with no side effects, but side effects for any type of infusion or medication should be expected. I was very open about how I was feeling when the nurses called me the day after my treatment, and I think my honesty helped achieve better results. There were a couple treatments that I was interested in but didn’t qualify for, and they explained why, which was appreciated. The environment was definitely designed to make the patient feel safe and comfortable, which is definitely a good thing seeing as some treatments can be very scary
