Josiane Issa: I have been coming to this clinic for a few years now and I am very grateful for the staff. The receptionists are kind and very helpful. Melanie is a gem. I have been followed by nurse Kathy and she is amazing at dealing with keloids and cystic acne flare ups in the most gentle but effective manner whether it's with a kenalog injection or draining out a cyst. She is attentive and empathetic. Carolina is also a very caring technician who makes me enjoy my morpheus8 treatments. Both are really knowledgeable and care about your progress!

Cam Poirier: I had a great experience at the GRS clinic. Both pre-op and post-op with the nursing staff. Dr. Laungani performed my mastectomy and although I haven't seen the result yet, I felt safe with him. Thank you for everything.

I got a couple complimentary nights at the holiday inn and a $50 food voucher.I got food delivered to my room. I got all my medications delivered to me.All the nurses were super nice and helpful.

The staff were attentive and caring, I was in good hands the entire time. I was prescribed with meds that have helped manage my pain and bowel movement. So far, my healing journey has been great. If you're hesitating on applying for gender affirmation surgery, I highly recommend GrS Montreal.
Sergii Chernysh: My surgery was on December 7, 2023. My surgeon was Dr. Laungani, I am happy with his services and also with the anaesthesiologist and the whole team that helped during the surgery. However, there were problems with post-operative service. In the evening everything was fine and I received good pain relief, probably tramadol every 3-4 hours. However, the nurses who were on duty at night refused to give me this painkiller, they gave me Tylenol and offered sleeping pills. I couldn't sleep until the morning. When I left the clinic in the morning, I was given a prescription for tramadol, which I can buy and use whenever I want and as often as I want. When I asked why I couldn’t get just one tablet at night to sleep peacefully, none of the clinic staff could explain anything to me. For the operation I would give 5, but due to the post-op service I give 4.

Dylan Harries: I had the pleasure of having Dr. Maud Bélanger as my surgeon for top surgery. The nurses alone made my experiences one of the best by helping me from the start, they were caring, compassionate and understanding. Dr. Bélanger is a FANTASTIC surgeon and even that is an understatement, I am beyond satisfied with my results, and she put my mind at ease before surgery. She is a doctor that genuinely cares about her patients. I highly recommend this clinic for any work! Amazing staff! The aftercare as well, they email you back within minutes addressing your concerns.

Tanvir: Had my Panniculectomy and Gynecomastia surgery done by Dr. Roy Kazan and his team. It was one of the best medical experiences I have encountered in Québec. Starting from the Medical Students, residents, nurses, attending and support staff. The McGill network at the MGH really stepped up when it came to my care and overall medical needs. Thank you to all the professionals!
Janet Ramsay: I am writing this on behalf of a friend, DD, an 80 yr old gentleman who received care at the hospital on March 14th 2024. He had fallen and incurred a head injury requiring a CT scan, referred by the Royal Victoria hospital. He was asked which MD would follow up and said he did not know. He was told “someone would contact him”. Concerned about this, he went to the Emergency dept and took number 34 and was soon seen by the nurse at the desk. He explained his situation to her and she said “this is not right, I’m going to find the answer for you”. She took his B/P, temp, O2sats and then gave him a referral sheet with an appt for a specialist. He was beyond grateful for this nurse who went over and above to help him with kindness and compassion. Her name was Nurse Colombo, and the Montreal General is very fortunate to have such a caring, efficient and kind employee. DD wants to thank her!
