I wish Bentley would see the value of customer satisfaction when it comes to price and quality.I bought everything at Bentley as i did not want to break the sets and also because of the nice job Johanna did making sure the customer receives all the information needed to pick the right luggage, I hope she gets a nice bonus or commission out of the big bill i paid for the purchase.
