Elona Kogan: As a veteran health professional, I volunteered to be a liase person for the company Poseidon and Spas for my elderly mother's condominium building's board and co-owners .Poseidon made it an absolute pleasure to work both with the administration and the various experts on their team from cleaning to technical maintenance, For example, whenever I would phone with a typical pool issue, Valerie would take my call and provide me with excellent guidance and when necessary send the appropriate technician. The technician, Emmanuel repaired equipment and he took photos before and after the repair providing a very detailed report on his work.
