Corey Kasperski: I don't post reviews often but this shop is worthy of the praise!I was attempting to repair my DT880 Pro headset, they were very helpful in attempting a repair but after some parts I ordered were dead on arrival I decided to cut my losses.I was going to order some new ones online when I realized I was standing in a audio shop! I'm so used to just ordering stuff online I had forgotten that customer service is not dead and that for something like purchasing headphones it is probably best suited to be done in person!Big shout out to Jack for all of his help in trying to repair my old set and helping me pick out some new ones. They were not pushy at all in trying to make a sale and were very informative and honest about the products shown. Everyone's ears are different and we don't all hear things to same, he encouraged me to try out some products myself and decide whether I liked them or not. Reinforcing even more the idea that some products are best purchased in person so you can actually experience the product before you buy it! What I think sounds good someone else might hate and you can't tell unless you try them first.I ended up getting a new pair of Focal Elegia which I'm very happy with. It ended up being slightly outside my initial price range but with the sale price offered I felt it was worth the bit extra. Jack showed me quite a few sets that were within the same cost range as my old DT880 Pros before going outside that range and didn't just push the most expensive thing they had on me right out of the gate.Heck online shopping and do yourself a favour when it comes to buying certain products and take the time to go in person! You'll likely get a better deal overall and end up with a purchase that is better suited to your wants and needs.

Paulo Unia: As an audio beginner, I had a fantastic experience at Layton. I casually showed up during an afternoon and was kindly welcomed by Frank. I asked him a few questions about planar headphones and inquired about trying some headphones. As I learnt, they prefer if customers call in advance and make an appointment, but Frank had the time, so we discussed a bit, picked two headphones and a USB-C DAC, and went to one of the listening rooms. Frank gave me loads of information, never pressuring me to buy. We got a 2nd DAC for me to try after I had decided that the headphones I wanted were the Audeze LCD2-C. After some back & forth, I chose a DAC, asked Frank for a few other accessories and made my first big audio purchase. When getting Frank's advice, I felt like I was talking to a friend's uncle who had known me for 10 years, given the care he took to share his knowledge. After I had chosen the headphones, we even had a great conversation about espresso machines and mechanical watches before I left the store.After spending some time with the new headphones and DAC at home, I realized I had chosen the right headphones but the wrong DAC! So the next day, I returned to the store, where Frank exchanged the one I originally bought for the one I wanted.Thanks to Frank and the whole crew at Layton Audio for making me feel welcome as a beginner and introducing me to the world of hi-fi, as it can often be intimidating to step into a new hobby where technical words and acronyms are thrown around like everyone was born knowing them.

From the moment I stepped in and was looking they made feel super comfortable and were open and honest about everything. My sales rep Sandra was incredible from start to finish wanted to get me the right car at the right price. In the end I found the one that fit me like glove but my positive experience doesn't even end here once the car was purchased they walked me through everything they were going to do and wanted to service the car for any issues. After the car was serviced and picked up it works like more of a beauty than when I first picked it up. All that to say my first car purchase couldn't have gone better and I can't recommend these guys enough. I am so insanely happy with the car I have, the service and support I received and above all more happy that I didn't need to wander all around the city looking for the perfect match, because in the end I had already found it with these guys and can't thank them more enough for everything.

Simon-Pierre Lacasse: This store deserves the highest praise. I purchased a used electric bike from a private seller and was initially offered excellent maintenance and repair service. When a part had to be ordered, I was even loaned a courtesy bike. When I wanted to upgrade it to a newer model, I was offered an excellent buyback price, in addition to a very competitive price on a new bike. Having worked in retail for a long time, it seemed to me that this process was done with a lot of transparency and honesty. Finally, the quality of after-sales service deserves to be highlighted. Following an error for which I share some responsibility, the battery fell from the frame of my bike and was damaged. Quantum did not hesitate to replace it for me. In short, for those who want the special attention that an electric bike deserves as well as personalized and courteous service, I strongly recommend considering Quantum. Thanks to Corinne and the whole team!

Naouel Moha: I bought a Riese & Muller cargo electric bike from Quantum eBikes three weeks ago and I am very happy with my bike. Thank you Corinne for taking the time to listen to me, advise me and suggest that I try this model that at first glance I would not have chosen. Beyond the advice and service, I was provided with a fully equipped bike and offered to come back after 400km to make adjustments, if necessary. The service is excellent and the prices very competitive compared to other bike stores. I recommend anyone who wants to buy an electric bike to go to Quantum. A big thank you to Quantum and its team.
Jérôme Jankowiak: With little hope and following my mishap and disastrous experience with a bike rental company located a few meters away. We went into Quantum Bike to see if they sold tricycles. After a negative response, we noticed a tandem with electric assistance, a gepida thoris traveling with two batteries! We try everything and ask if they rent the tandem. Corinne suggests that we try it out for a few hours. Neither one nor two Corinne provided us with helmets and hop for 2 hours we were able to go to Lachine and the end of the Lachine cycle path and return via Renée Levesque Park then LaSalle and Verdun. Very nice walk! Well the only drawback is that my brother and I no longer want to go back to the classic tandem! 😅 Thank you Corinne, finding a tricycle or tandem in Montreal is very difficult, but thanks to quantum bike I was able to cycle in Montreal with my brother in tandem in complete comfort!
