Samuel Colmenares: We have been bringing our golden retriever to this vet for more than a year, he was neutered here and we come regularly for his vaccines and had few minor emergencies, the people working here are great, every visit has been super nice and they seem happy to do what they do.

A lifelong care was provided by this place for our family dog and a cat until the end, and I had no hesitation to take my kitten here for yearly checkups and medical issues. The veterinarian provided useful advice based on the activity level and eating habit of the indoor cat with occasional outing. I also got honest advice regarding vaccination, where some of them were deemed un-necessary given that she is mainly an indoor cat.

Evelyn Lee: The doctor and the staff were very friendly, caring, and kind. The doctor explained everything I needed to know, and she recommended a few things for Bonnie, but it wasn’t pushy at all. Well, I don’t know much about the average cost of vet treatments in Canada, but the price seemed very reasonable too. It was very lucky for both of us that we had our first vet experience at this clinic :
Marie-Noelle Nadeau: Charming and welcoming reception by Ebony. She went out of her way to find what I was looking for...all that with a smile.
Steph L: This used to be my primary vet before I moved out of the area, and I come back periodically for specialists appts. Staff are always super kind and helpful, and I especially love Dr Banon. She’s so patient, attentive and takes the time to walk you through any concerns on questions. That said I’ve seen many vets and techs here. They are all amazing !

P F: Dr Seto is a wonderful vet, who listens and respects both our pets - especially those who are aggressive or fearful - and the owner's knowledge and bond with their animal. He spent extra time with me going over the bill and explaining the procedures and costs, and kindly met any requests I had for alternative medication, as well as prescribing something to keep my cat calmer when I brought her in. The technician and receptionists are all lovely and happy to help as well. A really warm and caring clinic overall.

Jimin Jeong: Dr Seto has been our vet since we brought our dog home from an emergency shelter that had rescued dogs from a Korean dog meat farm. From the start, our dog seems to have recognized Dr Seto’s gentleness and he was one of the first person outside of the family she looked comfortable with. He went out of his ways to arrange a complexe heartwarm treatment and has accompanied us in our journey with our dogs ever since. He never pushes for unnecessary tests/treatments, and I’ve always felt that I can trust his clinical judgement. I feel very lucky have found Dr Seto for our dogs!

Hew was dying, but it is over a year now since they save his life.

Alexandra Labelle: Impeccable service! I love this clinic, I am always impressed by how well managed, clean and welcoming the people are. I have never had to wait on site before my appointment so that my animals never come across others, which kitty particularly appreciates! My cat is always super calm and comfortable because we are quickly installed, following our arrival, in the examination room where we give the animal time to acclimatize before handling it. As for doggie, she is always super happy, because she knows she will be spoiled 😂.We are advised over the phone and even suggested that we send photos by email if we have any concerns for our companions.I couldn't ask for better service, I have nothing to complain about, only good words!

Nikki: A super super beautiful respectful, warm and welcoming clinic. I have a sick dog. Dr. Miljour is wonderful. My dog loved it. He was afraid at first but very very quickly stuck to her. My dog never likes veterinarians, much less a veterinarian's examination table. The clinic and Dr. Miljour seem concerned with providing service out of love according to what the client can pay. She is understanding and respectful of an established budget and helps us find the essential care to be given and others that can wait or not be given. For this she gives all the necessary explanations and works hard to really give the best opinions and care for our dog who is at the end of his life. Available, she takes the time to call back to make sure our dog is well and comfortable. I loved it! This clinic gives food to reassure your dog. The examination table is protected with textile so as not to place your dog on a cold and unpleasant table. The prices of medications are not that expensive compared to other veterinarians and those that can be purchased in human pharmacies she is very open to giving us a prescription. The girls up front are super welcoming. Very clean. Really a nice veterinary clinic. I was sad about the news but reassured that he is being followed here!

Katrina Parker: I am really impressed with the level of care and service here. One of my cats has always been very stressed when going to the vets but they actually check with you beforehand and offer solutions to help make the cat feel more comfortable for the visit. When I explained Lily's past experiences at other vets, they recommended that she take a sedative so she can feel calm for the visit. They also are the first vets to give our cats catit treats when they're getting their jabs so they keep happy and distracted. Kinda like when you're a kid and they give you lollipops for getting your jabs. :D Lily was much calmer this time and I don't feel so anxious taking her now. Out of the three vets we've been to, this is by far the best and I really feel like my cats are getting the best care here. Thanks to everyone at the clinic there!

My cat feels a lot of anxiety in unfamiliar situations, but the veterinarian was patient with me and understood my cat's tendencies, so I was able to receive treatment without any difficult situations. It's difficult to make an appointment right away, but once you make an appointment, it's great because you can get treatment without waiting in most cases!
