My cat was euthanized at the clinic and from making the appointment to departure everything was done with respect and compassion. My cat left surrounded by love and calm thanks to the team, which greatly eased my grieving afterwards. But above all I felt serene and at peace. I would particularly like to thank Doctor Léger for her respect and her comforting words. If you have to go through this difficult process I highly recommend the clinic. Thanks again.

Luna Lee: They are so kind and professional. I always feel safe to visit the vet with my kitten and the veterinarian is so respectful for my kitten. My kitten is quiet anxious but the veterinarian always helps him to calm down. All the technicians have been excellent as well as the staff. Most of them are more comfortable with French, but they try their best to explain everything to me in English. I really appreciate their service as it has been super helpful for my lovely cat!I went to this animal hospital on the recommendation of a friend 🐱Most people who work here are more comfortable speaking French, but please kindly explain everything in English as well. My cat feels a lot of anxiety in unfamiliar situations, but the veterinarian was patient with me and understood my cat's tendencies, so I was able to receive treatment without any difficult situations. It's difficult to make an appointment right away, but once you make an appointment, it's great because you can get treatment without waiting in most cases!

Well, I don’t know much about the average cost of vet treatments in Canada, but the price seemed very reasonable too. It was very lucky for both of us that we had our first vet experience at this clinic :

Steph L: This used to be my primary vet before I moved out of the area, and I come back periodically for specialists appts. Staff are always super kind and helpful, and I especially love Dr Banon. She’s so patient, attentive and takes the time to walk you through any concerns on questions. That said I’ve seen many vets and techs here. They are all amazing !

P F: Dr Seto is a wonderful vet, who listens and respects both our pets - especially those who are aggressive or fearful - and the owner's knowledge and bond with their animal. He spent extra time with me going over the bill and explaining the procedures and costs, and kindly met any requests I had for alternative medication, as well as prescribing something to keep my cat calmer when I brought her in. The technician and receptionists are all lovely and happy to help as well. A really warm and caring clinic overall.

Jimin Jeong: Dr Seto has been our vet since we brought our dog home from an emergency shelter that had rescued dogs from a Korean dog meat farm. From the start, our dog seems to have recognized Dr Seto’s gentleness and he was one of the first person outside of the family she looked comfortable with. He went out of his ways to arrange a complexe heartwarm treatment and has accompanied us in our journey with our dogs ever since. He never pushes for unnecessary tests/treatments, and I’ve always felt that I can trust his clinical judgement. I feel very lucky have found Dr Seto for our dogs!

Rawan Hassunah: Dr Honos has been our vet since my Italian Greyhound, Filfil, came into my life 3 years ago. He's had a few odd issues and a luxating patella. Dr Honos was incredible compassionate, thorough and diligent in every interaction we've had with her. I honestly feel so safe and reassured with my dog in her hands. Started bringing my partner's Husky here recently too.A big shout out to the incredible front desk staff + vet techs that give Filfil so many cuddles, and are so helpful and nice to us!I highly recommend this clinic!!!

I brought him to his favorite spots and adventures. I cherished each day spent with him.On February 21, Sherlock to a turn for the worse and I knew this was the day. Our last walk out the door. How do I say goodbye to someone that’s been there for me all those 14 years, 4 months, and 3 days with unconditional love. Dr Banon gave us 2 months with Sherlock and although it was short, I have no regrets of the care he received at this veterinary clinic. The staff was always amazing. It’s evident, this clinic put the pets well being first to keep them healthy and happy. It’s been 2 months now since I said goodbye to my Sherlock, and it was one of the most heart wrenching decision and moment in my life. I felt grateful to have had those extra 2 months. How often can you say that. I am blessed to have been there for Sherlock in those final moments when he needed me the most.Rest easy and in peace my Sherlock - I will miss you forever.

Ana Julia Ferreira: I had great experiences at the hospital. Unfortunately my first visit was at the end of my cat’s life. He had a previous disease, but dr. Banon and dr. Daria didn’t give up on him, until there was nothing last to do. They explained me everything in details, since the beginning, and were so gentle with my baby boy. And when he passed, was surrounded by sweet people.My second visit was with my special spicy girl, and even though she gave them a lot of trouble, they were able to treat her and always answered my questions towards her problems. She is back to her normal self and still being a trouble maker 🤷🏻♀️🤣My third baby was rescued at an old age and had almost all of her teeth removed. After her surgery she became a healthy and playful cat and gained almost 1.5 quilos 🙌🏻The staff is awesome ♥️Secretaries, technicians and kennels are always sweet and helpful.There is no perfect place, but I’ll always bring my babies here. I feel safe and I trust them. I know they love animals and do their best for them, and that’s more than enough for me ♥️

Katrina Parker: I am really impressed with the level of care and service here. One of my cats has always been very stressed when going to the vets but they actually check with you beforehand and offer solutions to help make the cat feel more comfortable for the visit. When I explained Lily's past experiences at other vets, they recommended that she take a sedative so she can feel calm for the visit. They also are the first vets to give our cats catit treats when they're getting their jabs so they keep happy and distracted. Kinda like when you're a kid and they give you lollipops for getting your jabs. :D Lily was much calmer this time and I don't feel so anxious taking her now. Out of the three vets we've been to, this is by far the best and I really feel like my cats are getting the best care here. Thanks to everyone at the clinic there!

Not only was she very attentive to our concerns, but she did a complete examination with great care. ❤️Since we were going to be out of town for the weekend and we were worried, she even offered to speak on the phone again the day after the appointment to discuss our cat's condition, in addition to telling us that She would be there on weekends in case of emergency.My cat who had stopped eating started eating again following the appointment, thanks to the veterinarian's advice! I highly recommend the clinic

I have a 21 year old toy poodle that my previous vet had prescribed incorrect medication for based on his age. Dr. Giroud and the other gentleman doctor there figured out what was wrong. Hew was dying, but it is over a year now since they save his life.
