They feel individual and personal, with none of the cookie-cutter quality that even top luxury chains are falling prey to these days.I can’t recommend this hotel enough — it is truly one of the most special places we have stayed.Safety: Security is excellent. Amanda Ortiz: is the zestiest bartender I've ever met! He spiced up our evening with his fiery cocktails and hot sense of humour. Never have I seen someone juggle limes, shots, and sass with such zest. His mixology skills are as refreshing as his signature sangria he blessed us with upon arrival. If you're looking for a bartender who can stir up a good time, Jalapeño is your guy. Guaranteed to turn any sour day into a spicy night. Definite hangover tomorrow but it will be worth it. Heard only faint sounds on the same floor from other rooms. No complaints. Friendly and fast service from staff at checkin and checkout - would stay here again.

Linda Thompson: Stayed for a conference. Meeting rooms were as expected for a large hotel.The guest room layout consists of several towers and levels - requiring the use of escalators and various elevators. Some of the attendees were in different towers.The bar was great at night for connecting.The second floor where we had our cocktail party was super hot …. Too warm for mixing up a hundred people.The escalator was down for one day. Nice to have it fixed second day.Beds were comfortable and I loved the duvet.

Lori Forman: My boyfriend and I wemt for our birthdays toontreal amd stayed jn a Petit Suite with a double Jacuzzi tib. I could have lived on that tub. Any time i came back from walking out side at the end of the day, I enjoyed a nice long soak and some bubbles from the jets. Annie amd Jacqui were an amazing concierge team. Annie had little birthday welcome treats and notes for each of us is, and both of whom helped with restaurant suggestions, activities, etc. The attentive and kind service by all from front desk to valet was incredible. We hope to stay again in the future, and were grateful to take advantage of their 3rd night free promotion

Anaïs Jo: Incredible bedding, I will only come back for that! Modern and elegant rooms, without being too much, a perfect middle ground. Very luxurious atmosphere, with beautiful details; selection of the mini-bar with more than fair prices. However, it's a shame that the swimming pool is not accessible this season and that the bar closed a little 'early' during our stay. In short, looking forward to coming back to stay at this hotel!

The suite was beautiful, clean and the bed very comfortable.We enjoyed the hotel's H3 restaurant as well as the small Ange bakery located within the establishment for a quick breakfast to return to the room to enjoy.

Hui: Decent and cool hotel but certain aspects are a bit annoying due to some greenwashing. Rooms are well designed and spacious. However bottled waters are not provided and guests have to get water and ice from the water/ice machines on certain floors. No makeup remover wipes in bathrooms and front desk did not have any. Regardless, service is very good and the location is good to explore downtown/old Montreal. Parking garage entrance can be a bit hard to find with all the construction. Search for the indigo Humaniti lot on map. $30 per day but no in/out access.
Aaron: Stayed here late February 2024 as an Ambassador Elite. It had been a while since I stayed here for the first time and have stayed at most Bonvoy properties in Montreal in the last few years. Well, the Humaniti can be considered a new regular hotel for me when visiting Montreal! I was upgraded to a Haiku suite, which was very nice and spacious with 2 bathrooms. When I previously stayed here, I had just a normal room which I found kind of small. The Haiku suite was one of the nicer hotel suites I have stayed in recently. It is very modern and well decorated. Breakfast was included at the H3 restaurant which was very good. One of the better hotel breakfasts I’ve had in a while. Staff were great and location is very close to Old Montreal. The gym is slightly better than most hotel gyms. There is also a bakery/ cafe within the hotel that is quite good. My only minor complaint is no water bottles. I understand the environmental angle they are taking here, but it is a nuisance to have to take your glass pitcher to a different floor to fill with water since not all floors have a refill station. Perhaps housekeeping could leave a filled pitcher in the room after cleaning? Again, very minor and this may not bother some people. Will definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel for those travelling to Montreal.
