Laura Hoyos: speaker. School is always clean and the class is practical and guided, with a fresh teaching perspective far away from only filling a book. You can find a cafeteria that sells some products, some fridges were you can store your meals, coffee machines, microwaves and so on. I go to 6pm classes as I work on a full time job and have not many options. I can say I enjoy and wait anxiously to go to class and learn. Thank you so very much!

I teach both mini-groups and indivuduals. I've become very comfortable with breakout-rooms, using only digital teaching materials, and managing my classroom.I had a great experience doing CELTA, and I am a bit nostalgic as I don't have colleagues to talk about teaching ESL as I would if I worked in a regular school. I was used to the more traditional teaching methods common in Europe and was delighted by the conversation and interaction based curriculum at CLC… It was a confidence boosting and liberating experience...
The 45min format of classes was great for keeping my attention and the change of teachers for each class means you don’t get used to one accent…

However, CLC's teachers are supportive, patient and kind, and the language learning approach is very communicative.
The school is run very professionally and all interactions with them were smooth and easy. The teachers are committed and knowledgeable - not just about the languages they teach, but about how to teach and learn languages. Can't recommend them highly enough!

EDUARDO TELLES CYSNEIROS: I've been in Montreal for two months, studying English at UMC. It's been an incredible experience, a true multicultural exchange! The city is surrounded by culture and the French language. At school you can meet people from all over the world. The structure of the school is very cool, with common space and a cafeteria. I would like to give a special shout out to Vinicius Narciso, the person responsible for welcoming Brazilian students!! I felt very well integrated right away and he helped me with several doubts that arose along the way. I have two more months here and I would like it to be much longer!! Come to Montreal and UMC, you won't regret it.

The teacher is a native French speaker with a lot of knowledge and she is really patient.Vinicius is the one responsible for welcoming the international students at school and he does his job brilliantly.The school also provides some extra classes out of the school so we can practice the language outside class.If you’re thinking about joining the school, don’t hesitate!

The teachers are very good and they give you fun and entertaining classes. In my personal case, my teacher was very patient with my learning and always helped me when I didn't understand something.
