Sophia Jab: some of the people who work on coordination lack humanism and understanding. Following a call on April 23, a lady who called me was very difficult. I tried to explain my despair to her, I expressed myself well, I asked her to find me a solution since the dates she offered me for a follow-up appointment did not correspond to those I had been told . She didn't want to know anything and she kept repeating the same things to me like a robot. I was lucky following an email that repeated everything I had said to him, I received a call from a woman Antoinette. What a gem!! Everything that was impossible and very difficult the day before turned out to be simple for her. What a beautiful person. I thank her enormously. I could not believe it when she called me on the phone to go through all the results in great detail. No one had ever done this. I would highly recommend her. I always ask for her when I can. Ashley Adams: My 2 year old son developed a severe double ear infection and I was unable to get an appointment to see his family doctor, anyone at the GMF or at a public clinic.ExcelleMD was able to get us an appointment within 24 hours of when I contacted them. Dr. Mohamed Salah Al-Azzawi was great with my very grumpy and tired son. He was kind, patient and went above and beyond to make it a positive experience. By the end of it, my son was happily giving him high-fives and didn't want to leave.
