Hôtel MUZO: what do users think?

Jean-Marc Bougie: Best kennel in Mtl. Also great groomers

Micheline Goulet: I was very satisfied with the grooming result of my dog, after a bad experience in another salon, she was pampered. My next appointment has already been booked. I recommend. 🤗

Edgar H Forero S: Very timely

Vanessa Andrade: The service is very good, Tatiane is very good and my dog looks beautiful and smells good

emmanuelle froment: My dog stayed seven nights over the holidays. Excellent customer service.

Diane Turcotte: My Leonberger, she is always happy and has her tail wagging every visit and she enters the grooming room without looking at me. So, I think that says a lot and Marie is very conscientious and explains to me each time what she did and why. Thank you so much! Plus, from the outside you can see your doggies getting a makeover. So it’s very reassuring.

GV Zz: Nice and cozy place

Micheline Bouchard: nights. Bonnie received her medication and care and even a mid-stay visit from a family member. Thanks to Lina, Linda and everyone who took care of my beautiful Bonnie. I am very grateful to you for your signs of tenderness, walks and even Linda's tips and valuable advice at the start. Now that we know each other, we'll meet again in the near future. See you soon!

Iveth: My dogs, 2 Maltese, came home really happy and I found them at ease with the whole Muzo team. They had excellent communication with me the entire time they took care of my little dogs, and they delivered them to me tangle-free and with clean eyes after almost 2 weeks.

Geneviève Brosseau: My dog loves this place, as soon as I turn the corner and he sees the building, he gets all excited, and for me that's a great sign! Yes it's a little more expensive than elsewhere but the most important thing is my dog, he must like it and he does.

Slava Sh: Great experience with our pug dog, that stayed here for 3 nights for the first time!

Mario Mikulić: One of the rare places in the city where you can enjoy brunch in the presence of your pets. Menu is balanced so everyone should be able to find something they like. These wieners choose beer for their breakfast and who am i to judge them.

PC TD: Nice place kool concept.

Martine Rousseau: I went there for the swimming pool with my dog.It was good, however the pool was a bit cold for humans and it's very slippery on the edge of the pool. My dog slipped several times and I was afraid he would hurt his hip because of that. I also had to use the "squigee" to collect the water because there was a lot of water going over the edges of the pool. It's ceramic around the pool so it made it really slippery. Otherwise, overall I liked my experience.

teresa burlison: and it went really well. We valued Doggieville’s attention to detail re: feedings and meds, and the amount of play time / activity the dogs received. We had booked a swim but when that was cancelled due to temps Doggieville was very transparent about it and gave us a credit. We picked the dogs up on a Sunday and the cafe was filled with patrons and their dogs enjoying brunch - a warm and joyous sight.

Nadine Collin: Very nice place for lunch/dinner with your dog. Excellent meal.

Allison Richard: Great place to have brunch with your dog. The plates are plentiful and it’s very good. I like the service, with water bowl for the dogs.I will definitely go back

Max Mawn: il en est revenu très heureux :

Ginger Courtois: My dog and I love this place!

Diana Lecu: This was our dogs' third stay at Doggieville and we couldn't be happier! The staff are super friendly and professional. We love getting frequent photos and updates letting us know how our pups are doing. It's reassuring to know that they're well taken care of and that they're having fun, making new friends. Thank you! We'll definitely be back.

Bella: Amazing services! The crew are dog lovers! Bella had an awesome experience!

Anju Patwardhan: .

Caroline Matteau: Very nice hotel and impeccable service. There is a very convenient valet service for this corner of Montreal. It was during a private event, the food was very good except the tuna steak which was dry. The room is spacious and beautiful. Room #411 from memory. The bed is very comfortable, I would like to know the brand of the mattress please haha! There's a small fridge, but it's already stocked with items for sale. If you want a bucket of ice, you have to ask at reception. The hotel lobby is impressive in its height. There is a restaurant on site and a small cafe near reception. I would come back without hesitating!Rooms: Spacious, comfortable

Greg McNab: and is just off the main street so it's easy to wait for and get in and out of Ubers etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful when we had questions. There is a bar and cafe in the lobby so you don't have to go far to get something to eat or drink if you don't want to. The lobby is beautiful and welcoming with a big fireplace. The room was huge and made me want to live there. It felt like we were the first people to ever stay in it. Huge TV in the room and modern music devices. We even used the gym, which had everything we needed. All in all a great stay and will be back.Nearby activities: There were lots of bars, restaurants and the Bell Centre within walking distance.Food & drinks: Lots of restaurants and places to get Montreal style bagels nearby :

Toan Le: My stay at the Vogue Hotel, booked as a diamond member through FHR, had a wide range of experiences.Checking in:I was initially told at 10 a.m. that my room was ready and just awaiting inspection, but upon arriving at 12:30, I had to wait another 20 minutes. Although I did get in before the standard 4 p.m. check-in time, this early check-in experience pales in comparison to other FHR hotels where I’ve routinely been accommodated much earlier, usually in the early mornings at the Langham NYC, as has been almost the norm during my countless stays at FHR hotels. The experience at the front desk was a bit prolonged unnecessarily. After being told my room would be ready soon, I ended up waiting in the lounge for almost 20 minutes. When I inquired again, the room was finally ready, suggesting they might have forgotten about me. The inconsistency with early check-in times, especially compared to other FHR hotels, was notable.Room:The first room offered a view of a dirty roof and what appeared to be a pile of trash, coupled with no doorman to assist with luggage—a service lapse unexpected at a hotel within the Fine Hotels and Resorts program. However, the extensive array of Le Labo Santal 33 products—hand soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel—did lend a luxurious touch. My ‘second upgrade’ experience was another letdown. I was moved to what was termed a ‘suite’, but in reality, it was not a suite at all. Having stayed at numerous luxury hotels, I know the difference between a room and a suite. This so-called upgrade was just a slightly better version of the same room, two floors up, with a marginally improved view and a larger bathtub. However, the showerhead in the upgraded room was immovable, making it awkward to adjust the water temperature. I had to stand outside the shower door, poke one arm inside to adjust the water temperature, and wait until it was okay to get in. Additionally, the minibar contained expired chocolate, which was a disappointing discovery; the chocolate was comped due to this issue. We were provided with a soft, double-layered bathrobe, though, which was a pleasant touch. I would say this is my favorite bathrobe out of all my FHR stays.Dining:A real highlight of this stay was dining at the Yama restaurant within the hotel, which I've reviewed separately, awarding it five stars for its exceptional food and service. The $100 USD credit from FHR, which was converted to $126 CAD—less than the current exchange rate—covered a significant part of our dinner. Breakfast at Yama was also delightful, featuring various eggs benedict options and standard choices, with the FHR credit covering most of the costs. No additional breakfast credits were provided or stacked with my Hilton Diamond status over my two-night stay, but they wouldn’t have been necessary anyway.Overall, the Vogue Hotel aligns with the standards expected of a four-star hotel. If the check-in process had been smoother, the term 'suite' had not been misleadingly used for the room upgrade, and there had been no expired items, my experience could have been rated five stars. I appreciate honesty in service, especially as both an FHR and Diamond member who is typically upgraded based on availability, and I did not appreciate being misled about the room upgrade.

J Y: .Thank you for our stay!!Rooms: The rooms are very spacious and extremely beautiful.

Charles E: My wife, following our daughter's recommendation, booked us at Vogue Montreal as part of my birthday celebration. We stayed in room 511 on March 16. Everything about our stay was just fabulous. The staff went out of their way to make our stay so memorable. I want to thank the staff involved for making our stay so special. THANK YOU!Rooms: Very spacious and tasteful decor. The bathroom very large also.

Deborah Burbo: My husband and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Hotel Vogue again; we had a very nice experience. When we visit Montreal, we usually stay in Old Montreal. However, on this occasion, we made the trip to see a temporary exhibit at the Museum of Fine Art, which was a short walk from the hotel. The location and available valet parking were very convenient. The sleek and modern lobby was visually stunning the and clean, well-appointed room made our stay a pleasure. The staff were welcoming and friendly, yet impeccable in their professionalism. We were very pleased.

Le Saint-Sulpice Hotel Montreal: what do users think?

rupak lohani: Great location. Walking distance to Notre Dame, old Montreal, River. They do not have parking on site but have Valet service available. This place is great for families. The room had everything from coffee maker to electric stoves along with cookwares and dining sets.Rooms: Living room had queen size Murphy bed and sofa. Complementary wine. Fully functioning kitchen with all utensils. Office desk. Clean bathroom. It is old hotel that is renovated.

Alaleh - FoodyTO: This is my favorite hotel in Montréal; located in the heart of old port with great access to lots of dining and shopping options. They really care about providing top notch service and the staff make sure to accommodate their guests needs in a timely fashion. They have recently started renovating the hotel; rooms, restaurant & bar, event halls and lobby. And I believe they have done a great job so far.The rooms are spacious and very quiet. The garden view rooms provide a great view. Everything you need is either provided in the room or you can ask and it will be available in a short time. One of the great initiatives they have is to make a donation for every bight you don’t request change of towels, which I believe it’s a positive step towards helping the environment.

Tim Smith: Good sized rooms which are quiet and comfortable. Toiletries are l'occitaine and coffee is via a nespresso machine. Bed is pretty comfortable with a good quality duvet. Staff are friendly and helpful. I wish the restaurant was open in the evenings but that is just a temporary thing. Ask to have your room serviced instead of the tiny charity contribution they make. You'll have a nicer, cleaner room and I hope you'll give more than 5 bucks yourself to make up for it. Location is fantastic and overall I really liked this place. We will stay here again.

Dana Biscotti Myskowski: The staff here is amazing! We originally chose the hotel in 2016 for its location and valet service, but it was the friendliness of the staff and the incredibly quiet and spacious suites that brought us back in 2024. While the decor is a bot dated, and the furniture a tad banged up, the beds are firm and comfortable, the rooms whisper quiet, and the suites gloriously clean. We were greeted by a small gift from the concierge staff wishing me a happy birthday, which was such a thoughtful surprise after our three and half hour drive. We look forward to our next trip here--hoping it will be sooner than another eight years!

Shayna Abramson: Really cute hotel in the best location possible! Great service and most convenient hotel 👌Rooms: Really spacious and great design, with kitchen and nice toiletriesNearby activities: Right next to the cathedral! And in a great part of the Old PortWalkability: In the middle of old port, fabulous locationFood & drinks: Great restaurants all around

Laura Casals: An Unforgettable Family Reunion in the Heart of MontrealThis year, we chose Montreal for a very special family reunion, since our eldest daughter is studying on Victoria Island. We wanted a place that would not only allow us to be close to her, but also explore the beauty of Montreal in winter together. This hotel became our perfect base for both purposes. From the moment we arrived, the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel made us feel at home. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, ideal to accommodate our family and recover energy after days full of activities and discoveries in the city.Breakfasts at the hotel each morning were moments of laughter and plans for the day. With delicious and varied options, everyone, from the little ones to the adults, will find something to enjoy and start the day on the right foot. The hotel staff was extraordinarily friendly and understanding of our needs, providing excellent recommendations and advice on activities in the area. Their guidance was invaluable, especially for visiting places like the Montreal Biodome, where the children learned and had fun with the fauna and flora on display. We also took the opportunity to explore the art gallery area, an enriching cultural experience that we all appreciated. And, of course, we couldn't miss the Cabane Panache festival, which turned out to be a festivity full of music, dance and local flavors that we enjoyed enormously.Rooms: Very large double beds and very comfortable! The bathroom is completely complete and has everything you need. A high quality bathtub and shower.Nearby activities: We went to art galleries, important monuments, beautiful and design shops, museums, National Geographic 3D exhibition, etc.Walkability: You can walk everywhere from the hotel; central and quiet area.Food & drinks: They offered us a choice of hot breakfast every day.

Myrtille Genot: Loved our stay! So close to Bota Bota which was really lovely.Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The lobby’s design is also truly beautiful.Want to give a special shout out to Morgan at the front desk that went above and beyond in welcoming us to the hotel. His service was impeccable, and truly made this trip special. Thank you again Morgan!Nearby activities: Bota Bota!Walkability: Very close to the Old Montreal, lots of museums and piers.

Jad El Dirani: It s the most beautiful romantic hotel in this area , the team was perfect Morgan ,Alaika, Benjmin...I highly recommand this place to visit..Hope to see u again guys..Thank u so much for ur hospitality..Best wishes❤️❤️❤️

Jonathan Marcel: Very good quality bedding, efficient and very pleasant staff.Hotel under construction without us having had the information, the hobby was therefore not at all as presented on the site. The room is a little old but in perfect condition and could do with a little modernization.

DAMIEN CAVELIUS: Very warm welcome, the people we met are very friendly and provide great service, the rooms are comfortable.Despite the work, and the absence of a restaurant, we had a great stay, and few disruptions, apart from the closing of the restaurant. Thanks for the cinnamon hot chocolates in the morning.Nearby activities: IN the heart of Carré Doré, the hotel is close to banks and business centers, but also the Museum of Modern Art, a 10-minute walk from the entrance to Mont Royal and McGill Park, 35 minutes walk from the Old Port. Nice place to shine.

Myrta Berniron (Kryzalys): , no lounges or bar…Decent breakfast buffet but with little choice

Shafiqa Sayed: They made my vacation with my kids an amazing memory.Nearby activities: It's at the prime location. The have fine Arts galaxy, Cathedral, king Edward Square and lot of tourists places at walking distance, plus they provided me wheelchair so I could roam around easily.

T NEVIERE: . It's great even if we didn't use them because we only stayed one night.Nearby activities: Rue Ste Catherine nearby, centers including Eaton nearby.Walkability: Hotel located in a lively and friendly area and you can go to Mont Royal on foot.

Ellen Garner: What a Fantastic Experience! The stay was so cozy! We rented a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment style unit. It had a lovely view from the balcony and all the basics in the kitchen you could need. The place had older furniture/decorations but was so clean. One area I would recommend to change is the living room. One additional seat is needed, we rented for 4 adults but only comfy seating for 3. The desk area is so large and takes up to much prime living room space. As a person who works from home and on the go, the desk is far to large and could really be minimized. I would also recommend relocating the TV and or couch as it's not really set up so you can watch. The hotel was very convenient to metro or buses, and was pretty easy to get around town from the hotel. The hotel also has a heated pool on the top floor along with a roof top deck. We watched the Eclipse from the deck and it was not only an amazing view but also a once in a lifetime experience.Walkability: Easy access to metro/buses and easy to walk around town, very close to McGill University.

Wanda: Place des Arts , and Eaton Centre just down the street, football stadium a stroll away

David Cazal: We enjoyed our short family stay at this hotel. the price-quality ratio is quite reasonable. A plus for the swimming pool and the terrace on the top floor, the children had a great time.Rooms: The room with a small kitchen allowed us to save a little on expenses, very practical.Nearby activities: Located in the city center, we left our car in a paid parking lot and walked to visit, exactly what we wanted to do

Max P: It's so cool I love it

Sylvie CS: . Il y a plusieurs supermarchés à proximité et également des bureaux de change. Nous avons aussi profité de la piscine au dernier étage qui est bien agréable.

Lyne Laurin: We saw the royal monk it was great, we were on the 12th floor, continental breakfast, juice, coffee, hot and cold water, hot milk, bagel, bread, slice of cake, cereals, boiled egg, indoor pool , complete apartment, I recommend, great experience I will return.Rooms: Complete apartment for the price, close to everything, the view of Mont Royal was magnificent.Nearby activities: In the city center, a stone's throw from old Montreal, opposite the student campus and more.Walkability: Sidewalk

Marika Larochelle: Very well located, it is possible to get around the city easily on foot or by metro! Room with kitchenette and gallery!Outdated decor, but very clean and comfortable! Excellent value for money we would not hesitate to return!Food & drinks: The continental breakfast was very good!

Daniel H: Good hotel. Very clean and good location near restaurants and public transit. The Plateau area is lovely. Easy to get to the tourist attractions too. The sound proofing was good. You can hear a little noise from the busy road, but it’s not terrible. Staff speaks English well.

Ben Duffy: . The standard room is spacious with a Nespresso machine and nicely sized bathroom. Shower pressure and temperature are excellent. Housekeeping is every day without needing to request, fairly unique for a hotel in this class. The bar is nice in the evening with reasonable prices, and the onsite Avis was perfect for us dropping off our car after the trip up. They have a decent gym as well for a hotel gym.Location is good - not necessarily next to much, but within a short walk to the places you'll want to go as a tourist - Old Town, Quartier des spectacles, Le Village, and the restaurant rows just North and East of the hotel. Some reviews mention noise but it according to the front desk, the nightclub next door has closed.Looking forward to returning!

David: .It's a great spot for the value. I wouldn't recommend families staying here, but if you're travelling solo, with a partner, or with friends this is a good place to stay for the weekend.

JE JE: Visiting for a week, we had a very pleasant stay. The staff is welcoming, correct and polite. The manager was very understanding and cooperative. The reception hall is warm with its free hot drinks dispenser.Small downside: we would have liked a more varied breakfast.Rooms: Spacious, quiet. Park slope on the squirrels. Cleaned daily.Nearby activities: Close to all amenities.

Diogo Fiori: but at the time we were offered a menu and the prices were higher. We ate at another location.Rooms: The rooms were large and comfortable.Nearby activities: We went to Montreal En Lumière, very close to the hotel which is also surrounded by restaurants and places to visit.Safety: We felt very safe at the hotel, the entrance door was locked at night, 24-hour concierge.Walkability: Very easy to walk around, metro stations very close. We left the car parked for a long time.Noteworthy details: Each floor has an ice machine, which made it much easier for us to always have our drinks cold and to be able to take some ice on our trips.

J. Ward: .This experience was about “value”, however there was much more to be gotten from this hidden gem- and I found this in the hearts of the staff.Their desire to ensure the needs of the occupants were met with the utmost care -was the “real” highlight of my experience .It was a new concept of “luxury”that I came to understand- their genuine interest in my “wellbeing” and also of the occupants there.I obtained access to Grande Bibliothèque de BAnQ, which is 5 min walk from the location- I cannot express the value of this resource!!I was able to get a library card which allowed me free access to all amenities, which included practicing piano for 2 hrs

みみい: . Fluffy like new. You can't get it unless you tell the front desk yourself. I didn't know at first. No face towel size available. The nearest station, Berry Ukam, is a large hub station with about 4 exits, each with a completely different atmosphere. The park near the inn was deserted.

Evan Walters: the Beds have curtains, so if someone turns on the light while you sleep it doesn't impact you so much.2

Leah Jean Travis: We stayed, for the first time, at Hôtel Gault this past weekend. It was a truly pleasant experience. The hotel itself is in a beautiful heritage building with wonderful and tasteful decor. Our room was also terrific; spacious with high ceilings, wood panelling, a wonderful bathtub, and an excellent bed. Even better were the staff. Without fail, everyone was welcoming, friendly, and so very helpful. I left my attache in the lobby and it was returned to me in my room within minutes. The included breakfast offers a truly satisfying range of options. My husband and I is highly recommend The Hotel Gault.

Susan Bates: Spacious, pleasant room and lobby, very quiet hotel, and great breakfasts. The staff is friendly and attentive.Rooms: We had a corner room with lots of natural light.Walkability: On a quiet street and close to many good restaurants. We walked everywhere - Griffintown, The Plateau and even Mile End.Noteworthy details: As a converted office building it has many interesting architechtual details. Not your cookie cutter hotel design.

Roxane ZREIK: A superb discovery in the heart of Montreal! Close to the metro, surrounded by great restaurants and cafes, it's a real haven of peace in the city. I was able to enjoy a sublime, elegant, tastefully decorated room in which everything has been thought of so that you can relax and enjoy your stay. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, the calm is absolute, I had the feeling of being alone in the world. On a business trip it is certain that I would return there during my personal trips. The value for money is really excellent. The quality of welcome from the staff is as high as the service, that goes without saying.

Hannah Morris: . Other than that minor detail, everything else was wonderful - our stay was so lovely. We loved our room - stylish yet retaining old character. Lots of attention to detail and everything was so clean. We appreciated the little touches - beautiful music playing on the TV/wifi when we walked in; chocolate treats laid out for us, and a lovely little note. The location was perfect for us - we wanted to be on foot and explore Old Montreal. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on the food. But the coffee was wonderful. And the staff - especially Estrella and Brithney - was wonderful. We really enjoyed talking to both of them and felt very taken care of. We very much hope to return to the hotel the next time we are going to be in Montreal.

Christophe Thillier: . Terrific customer service. Very well equipped rooms. We feel at home!Rooms: Spacious and tastefully decoratedNoteworthy details: Photo and art exhibitions in the hotel brand! Very nice !

Lily Greener: We had a wonderful experience at the Hotel Gault. It was easily walkable to many of the areas we wanted to visit in old Montreal. The staff was incredibly nice from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. This was our first international trip with our son, and we were a little nervous about how that would go, but they had a pack n play for him and the rooms were so spacious that we were able to comfortably set up a space for the crib in the bathroom so that he had a quiet space for naps. We would definitely stay here again!

Connor Ray: The hotel staff is extremely friendly, the gentleman at the counter helped us with our bags and showed exactly where to park. Very warm and welcoming. The location the hotel, although extremely convenient if you plan on walking the city, had it's fair share of homeless in the immediate area. The hotel is beautiful and clean, however our bedroom did have a weird smell to it that stayed with us our entire time. They were very great if you have a dog, they were not like other hotels where you were required to take the dog with you if you left.Would stay again.

Demet Ozdemir: If you're constantly on the move like me and seeking a hotel that offers the warmth of home comfort, you must try this one. Each room is designed as a small suite without exaggeration, with everything you need carefully considered. Park Suit Hotel offers the elegance and comfort of a condo, making it a perfect place to stay. Plus, its central location downtown allows you to explore the city without needing room service or cooking in your own kitchen. It's also within walking distance of the city's finest cafes and restaurants, making it truly special.

Rosa Newport: Parc Suites Hotel is at the top of my list at places to stay when in Montreal. Greeted with friendly staff & service at every visit. Always making sure we have everything we need. Beautiful large clean rooms with comfortable beds and quiet atmosphere. When it comes to location this hotel is perfectly situated amongst grocery stores, restaurants…all in walking distance. Definitely a hotel I will continue to stay at every time I’m in Montreal.

Jack A: We stayed here in 2012 and we stayed I believe 3 times. It will be the only place we ever stay if we ever get back to Montreal. It’s a really nice boutique hotel. Torgay is the most respectful owner. He goes out of his way to treat everyone well and again very nice and respectful. We hope one day to see him again. 5 stars.

Lindsey Britt: Great value, friendly staff. Might look a little undesirable on the outside, but is nice inside. Walkable neighborhood. The parking is tucked behind the building, so it's best to drop off your bags before parking.Rooms: Clean rooms with comfortable beds and tall ceilings. Appreciated the kitchenette.Walkability: Easy walking distance to restaurants, museums, and Sherbrooke Ave.Food & drinks: Lots of restaurants on the block and more within easy reach

Vignesh Nandha Kumar: It's a pretty good hotel with fairly spacious rooms and a balcony. It's in an old building with no elevators though.Location is pretty convenient. There are a lot of nice cafes and restaurants in the street. There is also a supermarket and pharmacy story right around the corner. However, please note, the street has many homeless people right outside and a strong stench of marijuana in the air.The parking is in an alley behind the street and costs $20 per night. Also they charge a pet fee of $30 per night.

Sean Hill: Rooms: The rooms are very clean, spacious, and bright. There’s a kitchen with a sink, stove, fridge, and all accessories you need. They provide everything. The bathroom has soap, shampoo, conditioner, and fresh towels everyday. Turgay, the owner is extremely nice and attentive. He was very accommodating when I arrived early letting me check in before 3pm. I recommend this location for short or long stays!Nearby activities: You are very close to a lot of nightlife. There bars and clubs as well as the outdoor events on st Catherine street.Safety: The area is very busy. Lots of people on the road all hours of the day and night. I felt very safe walking around.Walkability: I walked everywhere. Whatever I needed was within 25 minutes walking.Food & drinks: There’s a lot of places to eat in the area. You have a lot of variety in what you want to eat. The food is very pricey at some that I went to.

Yusuf Ozturk: Good for down town staying at night... warm workers and clean... i recommend here for if u stay in Montreal afew days...Rooms: big and clean, if u wanna cook, u can do it in room.Safety: no commentWalkability: close to everything

Jennifer Mendes Melo: Room was clean and large enough for our family. Didn't love the "extra" charge for my kids. But affordable rooms for a family of 5 are not easily found. Front desk was kind and helpful. The parking area is a little sketchy at night.

Steven M: the beds were both not the greatest in comfort. Ok for a night. Also, a little disconcerting finding the smoke alarms in the drawer of the desk and seeing the empty place for them on the ceiling . I would probably park elsewhere if I had to again

Hotel Bonaventure Montréal: what do users think?

David Authier: Beautiful view of the city centerLocation close to everythingRelaxed and relaxing atmosphere

Sue Trad: We stayed here in April. Big room. Nice views and comfortable king bed. They cleaned the room every day. Sauna and heated pool. I guess the season hasn’t started so the river in the garden was not running. My only complaint is the shower it was difficult to figure out. You have to press a button and at the same time twist the knob to have the water started and I couldn’t figure out how to operate the hand held shower. the sink knob is twisted the opposite way. Every time I was trying to close the tap it would open even further. It must be a Quebec thing. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.Walkability: Restaurants and shops

W Montreal: what do users think?

Amanda Ortiz: is the zestiest bartender I've ever met! He spiced up our evening with his fiery cocktails and hot sense of humour. Never have I seen someone juggle limes, shots, and sass with such zest. His mixology skills are as refreshing as his signature sangria he blessed us with upon arrival. If you're looking for a bartender who can stir up a good time, Jalapeño is your guy. Guaranteed to turn any sour day into a spicy night. Definite hangover tomorrow but it will be worth it. Can’t wait to see our guy Jalapeño again. Make sure you call him Jalapeño lol 3

Nancy Chouinard: Great serviceVery good locationTo go back

JB: I have stayed at the W Montreal many times and for so many reasons. The hotel itself is fantastic, with beautiful rooms, a great vibe and a location that can't be beaten. However, the service at the W is above and beyond. My most recent stay was outstanding due to the extraordinary service from the concierge W insider.I want to extend a special thank you to Mauricio V. He was always there to answer my questions and book my reservations at any of the top restaurants and bars in the city. Mauricio's efforts made all the difference and made my stay at the W and in Montreal more enjoyable. The dedication and enthusiasm Mauricio V showed in taking care of my requests and needs made me feel a very valued guest. Thank you again to all the staff at the W Montreal and a special thank you again to Mauricio V.

Marina Sonin: who made our stay flawless. We were treated to champagne in our rooms, desserts on the house and were treated well by the staff.

Roger Hughes: Hotel highlights Luxury

Hotel Omni Mont-Royal: what do users think?

Robert Oszust: Made the trip during the solar eclipse. The hotel was very accommodating. The staff were very polite providing bell hop and valet services that one would expect from going to a well run hotel. The area that the hotel finds itself in is a college town which has plenty of near-by amenities. Would be happy to visit again.Rooms: Rooms were clean and spacious.Nearby activities: Surrounded by a lot of restaurants in easy walking distance as well as a scenic mountain overview a short hike away.Walkability: Very walkable with sidewalks and street access all around.

Milena’s Pro Roofers: Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view

Me: Was there for a meeting so i didn't stay there but the staff was polite and respectful and building look nice inside and out

Matthew G: Great location when visiting Montreal. Very walkable to nearby restaurants, bars, and sights. Easy to get to the metro. Service is friendly and accommodating. Middle of the road pricing it seems. Rooms were decent. Spacious and adequate for 2 guests. Bathroom was a nice size with a tub/shower combo. Cleanliness in the room could've used some slight improvement.. I found some miscellaneous hairs on my pillows and bed sheets when I first arrived. Bathroom tub dripped continously. Bathroom could've been a bit cleaner. Views are pretty lackluster, but it is in the city after all. Room temp seemed good and the thermostat worked fine. Mini fridge was nice to keep food stored. Room overall was a bit dated and rough around the edges, but it got the job done while visiting. Not disappointed as a whole.

Jerry Ehlers: . The pool has such great views of the city. The staff were all so sweet. It was my first time in Montreal and I felt so welcomed. This was my favorite stay in a hotel, hands down. I stayed in the 2 queen room

Stephen Milioti: My brother and I, along with some friends, stayed at the Ritz-Carlton Montreal for five nights when the World Figure Skating Championships were in town, and the experience was first rate all the way. From the minute we checked in, we were received so warmly by everyone at the hotel. And it only got better as the time went on. From Irene at the front desk to Guillaume in the Palm Court bar/restaurant, everyone was exemplary at their job and went above and beyond. As grand as this over-a-century-old building is, the rooms are fresh, contemporary and state-of-the-art. They feel individual and personal, with none of the cookie-cutter quality that even top luxury chains are falling prey to these days.I can’t recommend this hotel enough — it is truly one of the most special places we have stayed.Safety: Security is excellent. You need a hotel key to access the elevator and the key only provides access to your floor.Food & drinks: Try the RC cocktail at the Palm Court! It’s next level

Max Staubin: Very good, first time going there since the major renovations a few years ago. It really is the number one hotel in MontrealRooms: Very luxurious and ultra comfortable, excellent service

erick meguid: Cant beat the Ritz-Carlton. Downtown central, great location for shopping and sightseeing, everything wonderful about montreal is a small walk, staff and service you will find none better and after a hard day being a tourist, one can only enjoy your comfortable surroundings, cocktails and champagne with friends, thank you ritz carlton, until we return again
