Ihab: and asked for it to be well done, small sized salad and a small baked potato plate. The meat tasted nice and the potato was mouth watering as it’s perfectly marinated and melts in the mouth. Their roasted chicken looks a big deal, but I haven’t tried it yet. The seats aren’t that comfy, the countertop is a bar style. The owner lady and the cashier are sweet and courteous. Caroline Brandau: , split an order of potatoes and each got one nata. The sandwiches were made with freshly made bread that was substantial enough to support the chicken but not too tough. The chicken was flavorful without being too greasy. The pickles were sharp and crisp and the pepper added flavor without being overly spicy. The side potatoes had a creamy texture with loads of flavor but not overly salty. The best part of the meal was the nata! They make the flakey crust and creamy center daily and have an optional dusting of cinnamon. After finishing our meal we got more to go.This was a nice quick stop in with bar seating available. I could see it being difficult to find a spot to sit if it's overly busy. The "spicy" sauce wasn't very spicy, but it was very tasty.

If you want to taste a majestically roasted chicken leg, savor a perfectly cooked vegetable rice, gaze in ecstasy at your divine creamy coleslaw, or sink your teeth into a wrap galore with an iced tea to accompany it , and all this for a reasonable price, do not hesitate to visit this establishment which is the first in the chain.
Malken MV: Fast food on a good day is good but don't have any gastronomic expectations of course. Be careful when cooking, depending on the day, it changes from cooked to overcooked. The service is always cordial and professional although sometimes a little slow. The atmosphere is very pleasant and clean compared to other establishments of the brand.

Their homemade cornbread sauce and bbq sauce are great.The salad is a beautiful fresh salad with veggies and lots of herbs which I appreciate. The dressing is homemade but reminds me too much of Kraft Italien dressing. I would have preferred a different dressing with citrus to cut some of the salt and fat of the meal.Service was very good! Super kind, welcoming and attentive.Would go back!

Chloë Bisaillon: , they were cooked to perfection & fell clean off the bone as soon as I touched them with my fork - our knives were left untouched as they weren’t needed at all. A bottle of house-made BBQ sauce was also provided but we didn’t need to add any as these ribs were well-sauced already. The ribs came with 2 small portions of pickled coleslaw - no creamy sauce here, just refreshingly tangy cabbage & kale. We also had the fries: well seasoned, crispy & served with a slightly spicy mayo. The green salad was also nice, topped with shaved radishes & micro greens. All in all a very delicious meal - we had to talk ourselves out of going back a second time the next night! Highly recommended. Next time will try the roasted chicken & cornbread, as the table next to us ordered it & it all looked amazing.

From fried chicken to chicken wings, to their cornbread, salads and Mac & Cheese. Leave with a bottle of their homemade BBQ sauce, with accents of cloves.

Ken: Honestly I am a St-Hubert type of guy for over 30 years but today I said let me give Au Coq a chance. I think their fries peeked my interest and so began the walk onto the dark side 😅. The food was good for what, half-rack of ribs with oven roasted chicken thighs. Was it great? No it was good and I know it wasn't hot but the food was good even at the temperature I had it. Their sauce was good also, the chicken skin was nice. What really got my attention was that they advertised apple pie chausson like BK, Harvey's and such. To find out they were out!! So I went with the pecan pie, now that was one of the best restaurant pecan pie I've had in a long time. I am curious what the apple pie taste like and the meal when it's freshly prepared. Staff was very pleasant too.
