I got a couple complimentary nights at the holiday inn and a $50 food voucher.I got food delivered to my room. I got all my medications delivered to me.All the nurses were super nice and helpful.

Ju P.: I was very impressed with how quick and efficient the day of my surgery went. I was in and out by 11:30 AM as Dr. Laungani's first patient of the day. The staff were attentive and caring, I was in good hands the entire time. I was prescribed with meds that have helped manage my pain and bowel movement. So far, my healing journey has been great. If you're hesitating on applying for gender affirmation surgery, I highly recommend GrS Montreal.
Sergii Chernysh: My surgery was on December 7, 2023. My surgeon was Dr. Laungani, I am happy with his services and also with the anaesthesiologist and the whole team that helped during the surgery. However, there were problems with post-operative service. In the evening everything was fine and I received good pain relief, probably tramadol every 3-4 hours. However, the nurses who were on duty at night refused to give me this painkiller, they gave me Tylenol and offered sleeping pills. I couldn't sleep until the morning. When I left the clinic in the morning, I was given a prescription for tramadol, which I can buy and use whenever I want and as often as I want. When I asked why I couldn’t get just one tablet at night to sleep peacefully, none of the clinic staff could explain anything to me. For the operation I would give 5, but due to the post-op service I give 4.

Dylan Harries: I had the pleasure of having Dr. Maud Bélanger as my surgeon for top surgery. The nurses alone made my experiences one of the best by helping me from the start, they were caring, compassionate and understanding. Dr. Bélanger is a FANTASTIC surgeon and even that is an understatement, I am beyond satisfied with my results, and she put my mind at ease before surgery. She is a doctor that genuinely cares about her patients. I highly recommend this clinic for any work! Amazing staff! The aftercare as well, they email you back within minutes addressing your concerns.

Miss Y: Dr. Neal Mahutte and Dr. Ouhilal are rare gems! I've been trying to get pregnant for over 3 years with other clinics, without success. I had a first meeting with Dr. Ouhilal, she was the one who chose the treatment, the medications and the dosage. I can tell you that she was not mistaken and gave me treatment adapted to my situation. Afterwards I continued the ultrasounds, the egg collection and the transfer with Dr. Mahutte. From the first visit I immediately felt that I was in good hands, this man inspires confidence. He is so kind, patient and reassuring, but above all very competent, just like his partner. We did 1 cycle of IVF with him and I got pregnant on the first try of the first transfer. A miracle. Many thanks Dr. Mahutte and Dr. Ouhilal for everything you have done for me and my partner, we will be grateful to you for life and we will recommend you to other couples with our eyes closed ❤️. Hayla L.: I admit that when I read some of the reviews here, I wondered if we had really attended the same establishment. Certainly, the organization is not always at the top, but since I have used the health services here in Quebec, I have noticed that this point is not a strong point everywhere, so I expected it. On the other hand, I congratulate the team of nurses and workers who supported me during my treatment. I found empathy in our discussions, kindness during the consultations. I felt surrounded by a passionate team who always welcomed me. I had the same treatment in France, and therefore I have references which allow me to say that I am very satisfied with the care I was given. I haven't seen Dr. REINBLATT much, but I think that's normal. The important thing is that the team communicates with each other and that we transmit the right information. I think I was well taken care of by her and I am grateful to her. I thank the entire medical team at this clinic, you have made this journey less difficult! Be blessed!

julia izhevska: At work, my knee hurt after an injury. I had to go to the Santé Mont-Royal Hospital. I was worried that my limited knowledge of languages would be a big problem. But, thanks to the employee who was on shift at 22.30 on May 7, everything went surprisingly easily and quickly. Many thanks to her! Unfortunately, I don’t know her name, but thank you very much! She even made an appointment to the hospital to see a doctor the next day, so as not to wait 10 hours for a doctor’s appointment here. Thank you very much that there are such people!
Estelle B: *The emergency room experience is unique to each person since each case is different.*I personally had an excellent experience in my misfortune. 4 hours of waiting in the emergency room is not long. Knowing that before going to the Jewish, I went to the Jean Talon hospital and I was warned of a 9-hour wait. All the nurses who took care of me were incredibly caring and attentive. Everyone was nice to me and kind. Thanks to the doctor on duty for taking my case seriously and demanding all possible tests. I had a lot of tests including a CT scan, all quickly. I am now out of the woods. Thank you so much
