My nails were a little rough when I came in from my last shellac treatment, but she really knows how to work with what you've got! A few days later and I am really pleased with how healthy my cuticles and nails are feeling. The studio is pleasant and clean, and the reception staff are friendly too.

Clearly, he's a perm specialist. I've been going back to see him for two years and his work is still wonderful. I no longer have to worry hoping that my perm will be to my liking, I have complete confidence in its capabilities.He does an exceptional job of perming. Honestly, he's an artist. He knows how to handle fragile hair and he knows how to create a natural look. It's still exactly like what I had in mind. He is able to listen and recreate what I hope for, every time.Moreover, he takes the time to answer all the questions and even to explain what can be a problem when getting a perm. If one day I am forced to do my perm with someone else, I will be able to demand, for example, that my hair be protected by using little sticks to free the elastics from the rollers. It may not seem like a big deal, but unfortunately the art of perming is not mastered by many hairdressers! Jean-Noël is a rare gem, especially for people who love having curly hair all year round.For cutting, equally talented. And on top of all that, he's friendly. Thank you Jean-Noël.

Stinky Animated Writer: Salon Milada saved my face! I had a horrible experience with a dermatologist who I visited for my acne scars. I was recommended a procedure and some chemical products which left me with extreme hyperpigmentation and horrible scars. The damage was beyond irreparable. I went to get something which wasn't even that bad fixed but instead, I made my skin worse. I was panicking and for some reason, I thought going to a random spa on a whim for a facial would help. I found Salon Milada on google and just went. That's how my journey with them began. They gave me natural products and did the type of procedures more suited for my skin. As they say, slow and steady wins the race. After 2 sessions, my skin was slowing going back to normal from the damage caused by the dermatologist but now after a couple more sessions, my face is glowing beyond imagination. Provided guidance for future self-care and wellness. My wife booked me an appointment here and it was much needed…highly recommend to anyone experiencing pain in their muscles—worth it! Staff is nice, they have great smoothies & relaxing atmosphere. 5 stars.

My facialist, Hajar, was friendly and professional. My appointment was quiet and relaxing. I live in the Plateau, but I come all the way here since I’ve been super satisfied with the results.

In my consultation, Krystyna was the receptionist at the time, she welcomed me with a smile and offered some drinks. Also, Francesca was the one who discussed all the treatments that suits to my face. She was very informative, precise on the treatments and well explained. On the day of my facial treatment, Krystyna was the one who did my treatment, she’s nice, she makes sure all the information I gave her. She was gentle on my skin, she makes sure that I am comfortable with the machines she’d use to my face. All over, new age spa estheticians were friendly and accommodating.
