We also bought a frog and went back the next morning and bought an albino frog. I love this place. I will no longer go to the one in place Versailles mall. I went through 3 fish in a 8 month period with the place in the mall. The store is clean, and staff are polite and bilingual

Karim Atchan: This shop is pretty small but it is a cozy shop. It contains fairly selected brands. They don’t have a variety of options for food. The two ladies there were nice and knowledge within the products and they have good recommendation. They answer your questions without nagging even though they were busy putting stuff and organizing shelves. I do recommend this place if you want to get specific pet needs. Otherwise, you can go to other places where they have more commercial options.

Rémi Jonathan Choquette: The staff here is always friendly even if certain food items I want for my cat are not available. They’re usually so helpful and help me figure out alternatives that are equally as good. I know they offer grooming services. I have not tried that yet. They also have a reward program that essentially Gives you one percent cash back in store

Brigitte Lefebvre: The discount card which costs only $10 is so worth it and pays for itself in a very short time so you save a lot. In addition, they listen to our needs and advise us well. Besides, they order from us what they don't have in store so we can buy everything in the same place.
Chloé Beauchemin: claws for about a year. My dog is not easy, she hates handling her face and claws and Valérie, the owner, is incredible with her. She takes her time to make sure everything goes well and I recommend her to everyone. I also had Céline groomed here a few times by Anne-Marie and she was really great and gentle!

Marc Poirier: This was a great store. The owners are super nice. The store was very interesting with exotic animals like turtles, iguanas, bearded dragons, and rare reptiles. Chris and other staff were very friendly and shared their love and knowledge of all the animals. Will definately be back. A really nice dog named Loki greets you as you come in.
Bruce Kearney: The owners and staff are super knowledgeable, very helpful, great support and very helpful.They always takes time to explain and understand.Do not try to upsell or push products.Great for dog socializing, as Loki so well trained and great with pups.
