mona wizenberg: I read all the reviews after finding this company on a google search, and I couldn't have been happier!I decided to make an appointment for an estimate to have AC added to my existing forced air furnace.Borce arrived on time for the initial call, measured, checked everything and gave me an estimate and potential date of installation. Because of health reasons I needed it to be done ASAP, with the heat wave we were experiencing and I was pleasantly surprised when I was told it would be done the next week!Once I notified him that we would go with his company, it was started and completed as promised!The job was finished in half a day, and we came home to a cool, comfortable and completely cleaned up job.The good news doesn't stop there... Joseph Bernard: unit 2 years ago with some affordable part changes and gas refill.He was forward back then, when he stated that the unit was at its end-of-life, and we should look into planning for a replacement unit.The time recently arrived, and am extremely thankful that Borce gave us relief through yet another heat wave to make it to the finish line with that obsolete unit.When it was time to replace the unit just weeks ago, Borce was on the ball from Step 1 of our appointment.On time, courteous, and knowledgeable to respond to ALL of our questions.We had a few other "clowns" come to our residence during that time, for an evaluation/estimation, but some never showed up, and none of the others actually took the time to step into the attic to perform of thorough inspection. I'm not even sure if most HVAC salesman can decipher an evaporator coil from a door knob.Borce went up there in the attic, in the heat, and opened up the unit to inspect what needed to be replaced/repaired.Once done, he put things back into their original state

He then scheduled a top technician first thing Monday morning who explained to me everything I need to know about owning a gas furnace. You don't see this kind of world class service often these days. Their sales rep Stéphane was very responsive and helpful, their technical team was very professional and courteous, and the post-sales service has been impeccable. They even discouraged me today from doing additional work that would have proved unnecessary. My wife wanted to move an AC unit that they had installed last week. She wanted to move it to a different spot inside of the same room to improve air circulation, but the technicians indicated that this would not change anything given the small size of the room. They were already at our home with the whole team and could have generated additional revenue for doing additional work, but instead they devoted a lot of time to explain to us in detail why moving the AC unit wasn’t necessary. To me, this shows that they really take their clients to heart and do everything to do what’s best for their clients, and this even after the contract is signed and the installation is completed. I give them my highest recommendation.Update 5 years later: Axel came for the yearly spring maintenance, and I was very happy with his professional and kind service. Not only did he do the maintenance, but he also did repairs and replaced several items free of charge. Thank you!
