Maxwell Anavian: We came here as a stop for lunch during a trip back from Tremblant as one of the members of our party has a gluten sensitivity. The people running the stand were incredibly accommodating and assuring of our allergies and sensitivities.The buckwheat crepes were fantastic. They are not like normal crepes and have a fantastic crunch and texture on the edges. I personally had the Oessant and it was fantastic. Anjali: The staff is always so sweet and accommodating! I have celiac so this place is perfect for me! The pastries, cookies, etc average around 5 CAD each but obviously it is dependent on whatever you get! Love them though like seriously having gluten free pastries that genuinely yummy makes my heart so happy, I always make my way here for my sweet fix !I really like the carrot cake, carré aux bleuets, and the carré that had chocolate + coconut!!

My only sadness is that back in March 2022 they had this delicious pistachio & chocolate cookie that appeared on the menu.. then suddenly a few months later when I came back in they informed me that they never had such a creation? I dream of that cookie. I wish I knew its name & why it appeared so suddenly just as suddenly as it disappeared.

yx Sun: I had an incredible 3-hour experience with their 7-course tasting menu! My favorites were the beef steak, quail, and two desserts. The beef and quail were exceptionally tender, and the accompanying sauces were bursting with flavor. Both dishes had a divine aroma when they arrived. Even though I’m not usually a fan of sweet dishes, I thoroughly enjoyed their desserts. They struck a perfect balance, not overly sweet, and the sorbet with sponge cake combination was delightful.The meal began with a brown butter mousse amuse-bouche, followed by the sea urchin as the first course. While the brown butter mousse was delicious, the sea urchin lacked a bit of its distinctive flavor for my taste. Unfortunately, the complimentary bread was served cold and didn’t make much of an impression compared to the other outstanding dishes.The service was fantastic. They efficiently cleaned our table, and water and wine refills were prompt. However, I found the ambiance to be a bit noisy compared to Europea, where I had dined previously. Overall, it was a memorable night at this restaurant.
