I know I'm not always an easy customer, and at this specific instance I really wanted to just say the staff, everybody, was very nice, and kind to me. Karim Atchan: This shop is pretty small but it is a cozy shop. It contains fairly selected brands. They don’t have a variety of options for food. The two ladies there were nice and knowledge within the products and they have good recommendation. They answer your questions without nagging even though they were busy putting stuff and organizing shelves. I do recommend this place if you want to get specific pet needs. Otherwise, you can go to other places where they have more commercial options.

Inside this Animal Center it automatically gives you the desire to get one of your little companion animals because they are so charming and very pleasant to see by their ways of acting, their movements sincerely they are really impressive, a place that is very well maintained, well decorated, well lit and without any unpleasant smell, I should say overall it is a nice place to visit and also to do some shopping for our little animals. Even those who perhaps don't like animals could very well go for a little visit, it would be pleasant. The employees work very hard and are also welcoming, I notice that they give very good care to their little animal friends which is fascinating.

Bailey Blu has saved the day again – and with their help, a lot of patience and great efforts, on our last visit to the veterinarian I was told his health / weight is perfect.There is so little hand-holding to be found in this area of pet care, so it is a great comfort to know there is somewhere to call for nutrition advice for pets where you will find a non-judgemental listening ear who can offer advice based on experience. They genuinely love animals, and they want every single one to thrive.They have also helped me keep my dog busy, dressed, groomed and entertained!Thank you for your wonderful service ...

We headed down the street to Bailey Blu and it was an entirely different experience: we were able to try the jackets on our pup and given helpful advice, and our dog got lots of love to boot. Really great experience and definitely out go-to pet shop from now on.

Rémi Jonathan Choquette: The staff here is always friendly even if certain food items I want for my cat are not available. They’re usually so helpful and help me figure out alternatives that are equally as good. I know they offer grooming services. I have not tried that yet. They also have a reward program that essentially Gives you one percent cash back in store
